Yes, I’m picturing that our first intro to PP will be episode 5 (that tends to be the misc. character episode, Archie in S1 and Whale in S2). And then he’ll play a part of the majority of the season until the end.

I’m not counting on a Peter Pan-centric episode this early, to be honest. My working scenario has our first sight of Peter being in the flashbacks of a Hook-centric one, 3×04 as I mentioned above.

Hmm. Possibly, especially if THO has a strong presence in our world, big enough that they’ll be the next big bad for S3, part two. And then PP could make his way here thus resulting in a bigger battle for S3 ending.

Well, I hope A & E have learned how big a letdown it is to kill a Big Bad, Cora, in the middle of the season. Peter Pan hasn’t even been seen yet and likely won’t be for the first few episodes of S3 (I’m imagining an introduction in ep. 4, paralleling Hook’s own), so a definite defeat around episode 11 would be WAY too early to be satisfying.

Yes, I think it can go three ways.

Way 1) Belle and Bae arrive in NL by episode 6, PP is dealt with by episode 11/12 and then we move on to another land

Way 2) Belle and Bae arrive in NL in episode 11/12, then PP is dealt with by episode 16 or 17 (Like Cora) and then we move on.

Way 3) Belle and Bae arrive in NL in episode 11/12, PP is dealt with in episode 21/22 before we move on.

The third one is asking a bit much I think. I’m more in favor of way 2.

The scenario I’m envisioning is closer to (1), but it has PP only having a half-defeat half-victory and thus remaining the Big Bad throughout the rest of S3. It also has the cast returning to SB for the second half the season.

In NL, while they could go that route, it seems very unlikely because they need to make the story last. We will be in NL for at least the first half of the season, 11 episodes, if not the whole season. We have to be in NL for longer than 3 episodes because we have a lot of story to deal with there: PP, THO, the Lost Ones, Wendy and Bae, ect.

Agreed, though I’m leaning towards it lasting until mid-season at most. A whole season on Neverland might make the story feel too dragged.

Just Rumple alone is enough to boggle the mind:

He falls in love with Belle from Beauty and the Beast, who ends up being kidnapped by the Evil Queen and while in captivity faces an attempt on her life by Captain Hook. Heartbroken Rumple, after Belle is “dead”, goes full tilt and manipulates Snow White and Prince Charming to create a True Love Potion and then manipulates the Evil Queen to destroy their world but not before he kills Cinderella’s fairy godmother and tries to take her baby. Oh…and his baby and Snow White and Prince Charming’s baby had a baby together. 😆

And that is just a small snapshot of history in the life and times of Rumplestiltskin. No wonder this show is hard for people to catch on to sometimes.

    😆

Don’t forget that he is also the Crocodile that took Hook’s hand and he came this close to be Richard Gere too when we thought Lacey was going to be a hooker! 😆

    Try fanfiction.com, dear.

    You mean fanfiction.net, right? 🙂

That said, most Bae/Neal fictions there are SwanFire ones, there are very few ones that about Rumple/Gold and Bae/Neal.

I’d love to find out that Regina has blood family she doesn’t know yet, but, like RG said, Peter Pan was alive long before she was even born; time travel would be required for that speculation to be remotely possible, but A & E already stated it won’t play a role in the show. In this context, we’re more likely to see Peter Pan be Hook’s father, big brother or uncle than be Regina’s son.

Personally, if I had to choose one character to be Regina’s blood relation I’d have it be Jefferson. I kinda like the idea of the Mad Hatter being this bastard son of the Queen of Hearts with some random, but likely important, guy who was abandoned by dearest mommy to preserve her social status. It’d be really fitting with the themes of the show for him to find out that he was screwed by both his mother and sister and it’d give a whole new, ironic meaning to Regina’s “You were right, Jefferson. You don’t abandon family.” in Hat Trick. 🙂

aren’t the Red Queen and White Queen sisters?

Isn’t that one of those Tim Burton changes for his Alice in Wonderland movie? Or is it that way in the original books as well? Remember, Burton, merged the Red Queen with the Queen of Hearts for the purposes of his movie.

It’s A and E. She’ll be wonderfully wicked but with a backstory that explains her actions and motivations. And with how villains normally go on these shows, it will have something to do with her parents.

Hahahaha, that’s so true! However, I hope her turn to evil won’t be tied to Alice in any way, shape or form, or she’d feel too much like Evil Queen v. 2.0.

Well, I for one am certainly wondering how sinister the Red Queen is, and is she just in the flashbacks or in the series.

Well, they already have one villain, Cora/Queen of Hearts, who’ll only be seen in flashbacks, so I expect that the Red Queen will be very much alive in present day, especially with the actress, Emma Rigby, being a regular cast member.
