You mean the belief that he was, don’t you? 🙂

If PP is a man and Henry is a boy of 11 years old, do you think he needs Henry unless Henry is just bait to get the gang to NL.

I suspect it must have something to do with Henry being conceived and born in The Land Without Magic by two FTL parent, with the finale stressing that uniqueness of him by having Regina say that he alone would survive the destruction of Storybrooke.

Why would an adult shadow want to latch on to a boy ❓

Uh, you lost me here. Adult shadow? You mean Peter Pan? 😕

Wendy, who A&E already hinted we haven’t seen the last of.

This is the 1st time I heard of this.

    Wendy
As to whether Wendy could be a resident of Storybrooke, Eddy remarked, “I would be very disappointed if we didn’t see Wendy grown up and a part of the ONCE UPON A TIME world.” Adam added, “Wendy is a big part of the Peter Pan mythology, so as we fold that mythology into the ONCE UPON A TIME mythology, we’ll have contact with her more.” As cryptic as all that sounds, it does sound like a confirmation that Wendy is alive and well and could be living as an adult in Storybrooke.

Not sure if that’s the original article, but there you go.

I very much doubt PP is a kid. He needs to be at least 16 to be really convincingly bad.

Agreed, the actor will necessarily have to fight heroes like Charming, Snow and Emma, and anyone younger than 16 will give the wrong vibe to the audience. I’m personally leaning towards a young adult in his early 20s for the role, because a) Parker Croft is 26, and we need someone who can impose himself over Parker’s very creepy Felix, and b) Freya Tingley is 19, as I can’t see a Peter Pan that won’t have some sort of relationship with Wendy, who A&E already hinted we haven’t seen the last of.

I wonder if PP is about the same age as Regina? Could this be Regina’s brother is what I am thinking since he took Henry maybe this is some kind of revenge thing about Cora. Remember Regina made that statement before Cora came to SB about her and Rumble, Regina say something to the effect that Cora won but nothing was said as to what they were fighting over ❓

I’d love for Regina to have a brother or sister someday, but, save for time travel, which A&E already said wouldn’t play a role in the show, Peter Pan was already alive centuries before Regina was. He’s a contemporary of Rumple, Bae, Hordor and Morraine, not the Evil Queen.

Going to be a tough challenge to give Peter Pan a familiar link to someone we already know, since, as I’ve said before, he was already very well established as the overlord of Neverland, with an army of fiercely loyal Lost Ones to command, merely 6 or so months (FTL/Land Without Magic time) after Rumple became the Dark One. Even worse if they stick with Peter being a teenager, it’ll be give the wrong vibe to have someone that young be the father of X, be X Rumple, Hook, Rumple’s father, Hook’s father and so on.

I also think they want to keep that spoiler, which is a pretty big one, under wraps for as long as possible. Let the fans speculate about who is playing PP. What’s interesting is that they didn’t have someone in mind, or at least that’s how I read it. With Jefferson and Nealfire they approached both Seb and MRJ specifically to play those parts

They approached Seb and MRJ, yeah, but how long after they designed the roles of Jefferson and Neal Cassidy? That could be the same case here.

But actually showing him alive somewhere in present day would hammer it home and make it beyond a doubt obvious to anyone watching that the goal of the heroes of this show is indeed attainable.

That really depends in what are their intentions regarding present day Cyrus, if they keep him a secret we can be sure something really bombastic will be revealed about him. It’d be like Bae, especially for those who were unspoiled: the moment we found out who his present self really was we realized that he was also the father of Henry.

As to London of the past: I could swear I read somewhere that it is Victorian London. Someone else help me out?

Here it is, it’s from the press release for ABC’s new shows, with the ‘Emma Rigby as Queen of Hearts’ error and all:

“ONCE UPON A TIME IN WONDERLAND”

In Victorian England, the young and beautiful Alice (Sophie Lowe) tells a tale of a strange new land that exists on the other side of a rabbit hole. An invisible cat, a hookah smoking caterpillar and playing-cards that talk are just some of the fantastic things she’s seen during this impossible adventure. Surely this troubled girl must be insane, and her doctors aim to cure her with a treatment that will make her forget everything. Alice seems ready to put it all behind her, especially the painful memory of the genie she fell in love with and lost forever — the handsome and mysterious Cyrus (Peter Gadiot). But deep down Alice knows this world is real, and just in the nick of time the sardonic Knave of Hearts (Michael Socha) and the irrepressible White Rabbit (John Lithgow) arrive to save her from a doomed fate. Together the trio will take a tumble down the rabbit hole to this Wonderland where nothing is impossible.

“Once Upon a Time in Wonderland” stars Sophie Lowe (“Beautiful Kate”) as Alice, Michael Socha (“This Is England”) as Knave of Hearts, Peter Gadiot (“The Forbidden Girl”) as Cyrus, Emma Rigby (“Hollyoaks”) as Queen of Hearts and John Lithgow (“3rd Rock from the Sun”) as The Voice of the White Rabbit.

“Once Upon a Time in Wonderland” was written by Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz (“Once Upon a Time”), who serve as executive producers. Steve Perlman and Zack Estrin also serve as executive producers, and the pilot was directed by Ralph Hemecker. “Once Upon a Time in Wonderland” is produced by ABC Studios.

Why are we so sure that Alice is in London of the past in the trailer? I know that’s what it looks like, but maybe it modern London and that scene just threw us. So no time traveling has to occur. Also: So there are pirates and mermaids in Wonderland? Or did Alice and Cyrus go to Neverland? Because there’s a certain one-handed pirate whose backstory I would be thrilled to have involved Wonderland…

No one really knows how can a Victorian London for Alice works alongside a present day Storybrooke. We’ve considered time travel (but A&E said it wouldn’t happen on OUAT at least) and fictional London (but they’ve already had fictional characters, Wendy and her family, be living in the real Victorian England of 150 years ago), but no one has come to a conclusive guess yet. And yes, the reference to pirates and mermaids does seem to point to Neverland, especially with the doctor mentioning that Alice and Cyrus have travelled from world to world.

Keeping that in mind, I figure they probably had to show that Cyrus is very much alive somewhere, otherwise ARK’s search for him, (which will make up much of the show), is totally redundant, and the show would be pointless.

Isn’t that the point of the necklace, though? At least the trailer seems to hint that.

But the hat traveled through time as well. At least, it opened a portal back to the moment when Snow dropped the apple.

Can we be certain that was really time travel, though, now that we know FTL was kept intact? I was thinking the apple, being magical, would’ve remained in that spot for years just as fresh as when Snow took a bite off it.
