I have always thought that the place the souls go is a spirit world, as opposed to a physical place, so I’ve never been on board with the theory that MAP are in NL retrieving Phillip’s soul. How would Aurora and Mulan actually get there themselves? I don’t imagine they’d go to find him there, rather, they’d do something to pull his soul back so it can return to his body. I’ve always thought the pics were in FTL after having brought back Phillip’s soul.
Yeah, I’m thinking this’ll be it as well. There’s too much going on in the finale to show a proper Mulan/Aurora journey to restore Philip’s soul; it seems more likely that, mirroring the premiere, we’ll witness the end of it, with M/A arriving at Sleeping Beauty’s Casle, use something on Philip that saves him and then they hear a loud noise that leads them to Neal.

ParticipantI’ve said it in the Sneak Peek thread, but I believe Hook is totally going to become a surrogate father to Bae, so much that I think Hook’s turning point in the episode will be finding out from a broken Rumple, to his horror, that the duo that he’d been helping “killed” the boy he once cared for. Definitely looking forward to it!

Still photos: Check out photo 13 a new guy PP or the Lost Boy leader β
I believe that’s Parker Croft, who the press release says is named Felix. Then again, the PR for Lacey called Tom Ellis’s character Thief when we all knew he was going to be Robin Hood, so who knows really?
At least we now know who the mysterious hooded guy mentioned before is.

The only issue I can see with this is from a storytelling perspective. This first half of S2, many people complained about how disjointed the show felt trying to keep up with SB present day, FTL of the past, and FTL of the present. If the non core cast goes outside of SB and they intend to show us them living out in the real world then the storylines would be:
FTL of the past
NL of the past
NL of the present
Real World of the present
(potentially) SB of the pastThat seems like a lot.
I don’t see why would the non core cast leave town. If my theory is correct, the barrier of forgetfulness would come down as a consequence of the prevention of Storybrooke’s destruction; there won’t be a need for them to flee to, say, Boston, and I think the town’s people have already adjusted to their new life as Storybrookers that they won’t go in a hysterical exodus like they almost did in “We Are Both”.
I don’t think we’ll be seeing SB in the first half on season 3. There’s no real point to bring the whole main cast to another land to stay there for only one or two episodes. Further proof of this, to me, is Vancity’s recent article in his site questioning if OUAT’s still going to use Stevenson as a filming location.

I’m going to work with this. Let’s say that’s true, and the fail safe destroys all leftovers of the Curse. Does this mean that people can leave SB for the real world?
Pretty much.
The bottomline is, the barrier of forgetfulness has already fulfilled its purpose in the show. The writers totally created it to postpone Rumple’s journey to find Baelfire to a more appropriate place in the season, and we already got all the story that could come with people forgetting who they really are by crossing it; there’s nothing else that could come out of it that’d be interesting to see, it now only servers to limit the stories the writers can come with. With this Home Office storyline that’ll be expanded in season 3, I’m pretty sure our heroes will be required to venture outside more and more, and the barrier is a problem to that.

Sneak Peek # 3 – I had a feeling that Hook would change sides once he realized that GOAT wanted to kill everyone in Storybrooke including himself. Now I’m curious just how he approaches Charming. I do believe that this fight between Greg and Hook is how Hook is able to get one of the beans
I don’t think that it’ll be just that. He’s already uneasy with destroying the whole town, sure, but given the almost confirmed surrogate father/son relationship he had with Bae, I see it has highly likely that he’ll face Rumple at some point in the episode, notice how completely broken his enemy is and discover to his horror that the duo that he’d been helping “killed” the boy he once cared for. I think that’ll be the turning point for Hook.

ParticipantWow. Just wow. I think this must be first time I wish I didn’t get a sneak peek this spoilery, that’s how painful and shocking it is to me to see Gold feeling so broken he’s lost the will to live. I had to control myself not to cry in the middle of my job! I hope he can find new strength by being the parental figure to Henry that he didn’t get to be with Neal.

If it’s NOT TLK that brings Belle back
I’ve been thinking about this and I believe that the real Belle’ll come back as a consequence of Emma and Regina preventing the destruction of Storybrooke. I think that, by doing this, they’ll obliterate the leftovers of the curse that still plague the town, like the barrier of forgetfulness, which, in turn, will restore the memories of those who lost them due to it, namely Belle and Sneezy.

I wonder if we are going to see the true meaning of Henry being Rumple’s undoing before the season ends or if that will still be up in the air.
The producers said this’ll come into play this season, so yes. π

Didn’t E and A say at Paleyfest that Rumple’s undoing doesn’t necessarily mean a bad thing? Henry is now Rumple’s last link with Bae. What if Rumple is spurred into action by the news that GOAT have kidnapped Henry. Tamara took Bae from him, she sure as Hell isn’t going to take Henry too. That kind of thing.
I agree, Rumple’s undoing is totally going to come as an attempt of his to prevent GOAT taking Henry from him the same way they did Bae;

I think Hook/Bea relationship will be like Severus Snape/Harry Potter. Snape loves Lily (Harry Potter’s mom), and it is a very beautiful true love that has never faded with time or disappointments–even more than decades after her death. Also Snape hates James (Harry Potter’s dad).
Regardless the extreme hate for Harry Potter’s dad, the true love wins out and Snape always watches over Harry for the sake of Lily. I think love will win over hate when it comes to Hook in regard to Bae, since he could not even destroy the shawl that Milah made for Bae.
Incidentally, the mini-series “Neverland” did something very similar for their Hook/Peter. π

So why isn’t there more peeks out now it is Wednesday β
Actually, I’d be more worried about the lack of promotional photos. No sneak peek at early Wednesday isn’t that uncommon. π
