Owen: “Hey, you like apple pancakes too?”
Regina: “Who are you?”The way Lana delivered that still makes me laugh.
[adrotate group="5"]DemiletoParticipantI think Tamara’s non-FTL just as she appears to be, but she’s abitious enough to want to wield magic the moment she hears it exists somewhere.
But if she has to be a FTL character, I hope it’s Ursula. It is, after all, her MO to try to marry a guy in order to keep him away from his true love.
Yeah, I totally ship Swanfire! 😀

I think Kurt is alive in the hospital basement. I think he wants to find Kurt but also to destroy Regina for what she did. I think he’s going to become an ally to our heroes.
I don’t know about the last bit. While I’m sure Regina’ll have a special place in his plans, I think ultimately he’ll blame the whole town for his pain.

Based on Adam’s answer in regards to the curse affecting Neverland. I’m thinking it may not have affected it.
Now that it’s been confirmed that the vortex didn’t take Bae directly to our world as claimed in the episode “The Return” (a retcon I hate, but that’s another matter entirely), with Bae stating that he’d be couple hundred years old if that was the case, it’s only logical that at least one realm didn’t suffer from the curse’s effects and that Bae was there when it was cast. If not, Bae would’ve been taken by the curse, arrived at the same time as everyone else and be at least 42-43 in present day, not 35-36 as Neal’s age is intended to be.

I thought it was established that Barbara Barnett misheard what Jane Espenson said concerning “Her”?
When was this said? The whole fandom still sees “Her” as unimportant due to that comment.
If that’s true, then I believe “Her” is Tamara too. Her casting call has signs of shadiness and a recent spoiler said that we’d soon be wondering not who she is, but what her agenda is. I bet Greg, in his lifelong mission to find a way back into Storybrooke, noticed August being able to come in and out of the town, tracked his movements, took notice of his relationship with Neal and made sure to plant Tamara as Neal’s fiancée in order to fish for more information.
DemiletoParticipantTwo apparently conflicting informations about “Her”: Jane Esperson said awhile ago that “Her” isn’t important, yet Adam Horowitz says we’ll find out who “Her” is by the end of the season. How can we make sense of that?
My guess: it’s not about who she is, but WHAT she is. “Her” isn’t the enemy here, Greg is, but finding about what “Her” is to him will give us an idea of how credible a threat he’ll be.
DemiletoParticipantAn interesting comparison I’ve seen on another discussion forum: Kurt and Owen Flynn mirror Kevin and Sam Flynn from TRON:Legacy, as in they’re both father and son who entered a place they aren’t supposed to be. In fact, the actor who played young Sam in the film is named Owen.
This is likely not a coincidence, since both movie and TV series have Kitsis and Horowitz as writers.

I don’t think she could because in this land she can hurt Snow, yet she let MM live, even after Charming woke up and they were having an affair. Also, she never tried to take Emma’s heart, instead she used the apple to poison her.
Can’t think about a reason not do it with MM now, but as far as taking Emma’s heart goes, Regina wouldn’t do something that might’ve clued Emma in the possibility that Henry just might’ve been right about the curse. Furthermore, she couldn’t crush Emma’s heart as her death would automatically break the curse, per Rumple’s design.

My question is, in a land without magic and where Regina can only do very minor things with the help of small trinkets, can she even take a heart?
Normally I’d agree with you, but then we have these pictures:

I think it’s more likely that Greg Mendell’s an alias Owen Flynn’s using. Greg’s certainly playing bad Mulder with Storybrooke, I doubt he’d be using his real name as people might remember him from back then.
I bet he lost his father in Storybrooke in mysterious ways (AKA Regina crushed his heart, don’t ask me how that would happen in a magicless town, I have no idea) and he’s been trying to go back find out the truth ever since
I’ve been rethinking this slightly. Maybe Gregowen doesn’t lose his father literally in past Storybrooke, but figuratively. The pictures where Regina holds a heart and then a chest, probably containing it? Maybe that’s not Graham’s heart, as some are thinking, but Kurt’s. She rips his heart out and commands him to leave the town and never to speak of it again. Kurt and his son do, but their once loving and caring relationship is then lost forever. Now heartless, Kurt becomes cold, uncaring and abusive and Gregowen becomes scarred and, after his father’s death reveals he mysteriously had no heart, vengeful. Sounds familiar? The writers love their parallels, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re having Regina unwittingly turn Gregowen and his father Kurt into the male versions of herself and her mother Cora.
