My understanding is that whatever magic empowers Neverland, keeping it as a land where you never age, BLESSES that spring with healing powers.
I guess that makes sense but didn’t Pan specifically say that it was the waters that kept everyone young?
I played the scene where he explains the spring a few times and I believe his words were “this spring… its waters are rich with the power of Neverland. It’s what keeps this land and all on it so… young”, hence my understanding. I could be wrong, though.

think “Trust Me” hinted that Jafar’s presence in Wonderland is a recent one, no? I’m willing to bet the one Anastasia really has to thank for that is Cora. Who knows, that story may even tie to the Knave losing his heart one.
Oh, Cora’s a good guess! Did she take Anastasia’s heart? In the book the Knave goes on trial for stealing the QoH’s tarts. Wanna bet he tried to steal back Ana’s heart from Cora!
I think Cora may have seen potential in Anastasia and stole Will’s heart in order to puppet him into breaking Ana’s. Once vulnerable, Cora took Ana as an apprentice and molded her into the Red Queen.
Also, name that ship!

Well, with the RED queen being named Anastasia and loving Will SCARLETT, I vote for… Fifty Shades of Red! LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!
So it turns out we were right. The Knave and Anastasia were in love once and they came to WL to escape being poor in the EF!
But what happened next? How did she become the Red Queen? Did Jafar make her the Red Queen?

YAY! I was really hoping that Ches would return. He’s my favorite traditional Alice character. I hope this time he’s a little less menacing and a little more quizzical like in book/movie form.
Mine too, and yes, his portrayal in the pilot disapponted me to no end. Hope his reappearance sets the character straight.
