If the main reason to kill off Robin (assuming he dies) is just to send Regina back over the edge or to make her suffer, it sends a terrible message that characters who are essentially good parents aren’t worth keeping around.
This. Also, that a person is only good for the sake of their significant other. I do have this bad feeling that they are going to use this to send Regina down the repetitive rabbit hole they’ve got Rumple stuck in. Sure, it’ll probably resolve itself by the end of the series, but it’s just horrible narrative strategy. But they’ve tended towards it with Rumple, and I’ve no reason to think they won’t use it with Regina. The drama would be whether she goes as “deep into evil” as she did over Daniel’s death — it would make a natural parallel. Anyway, I hate the idea of Robin dying — sure, he doesn’t really stand-out, but he’s also one of the least objectionable main characters on OUAT at the moment.
I really, really, really don’t want Robin to die. But if it does happen, I don’t think they’ll use it to turn Regina evil again. She has come to far for that and has regretted her past actions and learned from them. She will be heartbroken, and I’m so sick of seeing her suffer. I’m clinging on the the hope that Robin won’t die, but I know it looks that way at this point – and I just hate it.

This is fiction. I’m very invested in the show and definitely have preferences regarding plot and characters, but it’s a massive misconception that loving one thing (ship, character, plot) means you have to hate another. Everybody should realize that.
True, but if they go with this option, and somehow make Regina back to her Evil queen ways, the hate will be there, hate and love is something that are link in every aspects of everyone lifes, this may be fiction, but the wrond decision, can make some that used to love the show turn to hate, and having people hating the show, means hate bwt fans and above everything Low ratings, bc if the people seeing start to dislike the show, the endgame of that is they stop seeing the show which will turn into bad ratings, and that is why again i ask, if they go this way, why did they chose this option, bc at this moment i dont see any possible gain if the sppiler end being true, for me is not important if the spoiler is or not true, especially bc i dont care much about Robin or OQ, for me i find it more important or interesting, if this is true, why they decided to follow this path in storyline, which means is something i will never know.
True. And passion is good. I just hate to see frustrations directed in all the wrong directions.
There are many choices regarding storylines of late that I don’t really understand or support – also because I really want what is best for the show in the long run. I just always try to remain constructive 🙂

I don’t want the writers to take the route that a baby makes everything better. Plus Regina is a character that shows that adoptive parents are just as valid as blood related parents.
Regina being pregnant would be even more cruel bc in that case Robin would leave 3 kids fatherless. But if this is true i think everyone should be prepared for another huge riot on oaut fandom and will add more hate in fandom, since i think we all know that if Robin dies for good, the ship wars will get even worst, bc OQ fans wont accept that they saved Hook and not Robin. That is why at the same time i wonder if they do this, what happened? why did they change the route.

And fortunately everything is speculation at this point 🙂
I’m worried about Robin dying, but let’s see.
Whether or not Regina will become pregnant, I’m open either way. That’s how the world works, after all.

Perhaps one of them will go. Or perhaps I am too trusting of the writers to stick to their word.
I would absolutely hate it if it turns out to be Robin that dies. Killing yet another of Regina’s loves just makes no sense and goes against the way her character has become a symbol of hope and redemption.
No, no, no. I veto Robin dying.
I do agree, though, that if Robin does die, Regina will probably turn out to be pregnant. But I say again. I do not want him dying. Both for narrative purposes and because I’m so sick of seeing Regina suffering.

If the blind item is for OUAT and a central character will indeed be killed of, which the spoiler pics indicate, I think it’ll be Snow (even though she was on set). All the Robin rumors could be a smoke screen for them killing off the original lead of the show, the character who started it all. It makes sense, since Ginny is having her second baby and probably doesn’t want to renew her contract (after the 5-year obligation). Wouldn’t make sense that Sean would want out, since he just became a regular last season. Also, killing off Regina’s true love yet again is a very poor choice of storyline. Killing off Snow, will make everything shake. My guess is she’ll make a sacrifice for Emma, so she can have a life with her true love. And then Snow may come back – Hades may release her.
NordicaParticipantI thought Sean was filming something else too after, so maybe they did a little filming out of order so he could be in the episode and still go film his other thing. That happens.
All the time. I for one don’t want him to go …
Excited for 5B tomorrow 🙂
NordicaParticipantBut can I ask … Where does that rumor come from in the first place … ? Seems strange if he were to leave. Regina losing another love seems like an odd choice of storyline.
According to Sean’s agent (pretty sure it was his agent) Sean is finished filming before everyone else this year. Hence the rumors that this means Robin is gonna bite the bullet. It probably just means that Robin’s part is smaller than other characters in the finale which makes waaaay more sense.
Oh, ok, så that’s all it’s based on?
And you’re right it makes way more sense that he just may not be in the final scenes …
