Jiminy’s JournalParticipant
It looks like that was written by another user called Nettlestonenell.
[adrotate group="5"]Jiminy’s JournalParticipantI don’t know where to put this, but Jennifer Morrison got the majority of her hair cut off. It doesn’t exactly prove anything, but i would consider it evidence that she might not be coming back.
Oh, wow! She looks amazing!
Jiminy’s JournalParticipantDon’t know how I missed that trailer.
Honestly, I just randomly saw it on YouTube.
Jiminy’s JournalParticipantOh, he’s the Tin Man.
Jiminy’s JournalParticipantThis trailer is giving me strong series finale vibes (even though I’m pretty sure they’ve already been renewed).
Not too thrilled with Selina getting her Batman Returns origin. She kind of already was Catwoman; I see no reason to do the whole death thing (Is Indian Hill going to be involved?).
Also, did we catch our first glimpse of Alexander Siddig as Ra’s?

If you did, what did you all think of the premiere? I thought it was pretty good. Solid 8/10. I like Bill; she’s sassy and fun and I’m so glad they aren’t making her out to be someone with a destiny (like the Impossible Girl or The Gil Who Waited).
I was disappointed Bill ended up being from the present, after all, but I still love her. I’m just sick of contemporary companions.
What do you think is behind the door? I think it could be Saxon!Master.
What do think is behind the water? I’m thinking Ice Warriors.
This was also my first time seeing Class (took them long enough to bring it to the States). So far, so good. Seems like the Shadowkind could be this year’s arc. I’m wondering if that’s what killed Elton Pope’s mom in “Love & Monsters.” Likewise, I think David Tennant was the Doctor that picked up Quill and Charlie. But, what happened to his boyfriend after the prom? He just vanished. Also, is Capaldi a regular on Class?
Jiminy’s JournalParticipantI think it has been pretty well established that unless the controller is directly holding the heart and directing the victim they are in control of their own actions. I believe Gideon does want to defeat the black fairy and save the kids.
On Wonderland, Alice had to tell Will to stop following Cora’s order to kill her on her own.
Anyway, I recently wrote a Rumble fic. It’s part of a canon-divergent longfic that splits off before the last scene of “Broken Heart,” in case you’re a bit confused.
Jiminy’s JournalParticipantThere’s a bigger plothole in S3. Belle first learned about Bae some time after the curtains (it is the next flashback, after she fell, but there is indication of time skip, as all the curtains were open by then), and that’s when she met Regina, so that doesn’t leave any room for her to witness Bae’s birthday in “Going Home.”
Jiminy’s JournalParticipantI really like the idea that Blue and Black were originally one person who split into light and darkness and that they need to merge back together into one being. The light living within the dark and the dark thriving with the help of the light. It’s sooooooo meaty and symbolic for this show. That’s my dream ending!
The non-dream ending is that Rumple or Emma kill Black Fairy with some sort of heretofore unmentioned object.
I like it too, but I doubt they’re going to do that.
Jiminy’s JournalParticipantI don’t think we were naive about where the story itself was headed. Clearly, Emma and Neal were the two characters who were shown to have true love from the very beginning, as underscored by the actors’ choices as well as the narrative when their swan pendant crossed realms. On a show about the power of true love and family reconciliation, their return journey home to Tallahassee together with Henry was clearly where this story was headed. Their story of reconciliation was underscored by how Once Upon a Time in Wonderland ended when Will Scarlet and Anastasia reconciled. Will said:
“Love isn’t simple. It’s messy. It’s arguing and making up. It’s laughing and crying and struggling and sometimes, it doesn’t seem worth it. But it is. Because when you’re in love, in the end, you forgive each other. I forgive you, Ana, for what you did to me. Because I love you.” Will Scarlet
Will and Ana’s story was one of forgiveness, of healing, and eventual restoration. She came back to life because her story was meant to continue while the red queen’s journey wasn’t. I think the writers gave the story they’d intended for Neal and Emma to Will and Ana, which is why it was so powerful to see on screen and why it still resonates with many of us today. At least we got to see the plot play out, even if it was on the spin-off show.
Perhaps we were naive about how Hollywood actually works and how TV writers often will sell their birthright for a bowl of stew, but I don’t think we fans of Emma and Neal were wrong about predicting where the story was headed. There was a major reset button hit at the end of S3a. Adam and Eddy said as much. Things changed, that’s all, but I don’t think we were wrong about where the story was headed before the reset button got hit.
I see it every time a post something. I also think Cylice had some parallels. How they met, for instance. Just look at the epilogue: I have no doubt that THAT was the intended ending for Once-Proper.
