The impression I got from “Desperate Souls” and “Manhattan” is that it’s the same war (that’s how long it’s been going on), with the second being the one in “Skin Deep,” and the third being the one in S2.

On people who are already impure of heart, like Cora (in this case, already corrupt and literally heartless). But we’ve never seen it exert any measure of influence to this radical extent on someone who was pure/good/light whatever.

Welp, much of the music has been pulled, by now (Cruella’s theme, the suites, 521 sound tests, and the S5 mini-soundtrack still stand). He also tweeted this, two weeks ago:

So, it looks like it’s outside his control (much like with the Avatar soundtrack being outside The Track Team’s control). Sigh…
Hopefully, the musical episode will create an incentive to get WL/S3-6 soundtracks out.
……That sounds pretty decent, except for the fact that Jonathan was a worker in the palace. I’d be more inclined to believe it if we didn’t know that.
There’s more than one way to become a demigod, though.
