ParticipantSo, “hybrid” seems to be the big arc, this year. Could the Doctor be half-human, after all?
Plus, River is returning for Christmas…

ParticipantThe Santa Clause
The Adventures of Shark-Boy and Lava-Girl
Mr Bean’s Holiday (NOT Bean, which is the first film; this sequel is more child-friendly)
Spirited Away (possibly; there are some scary moments in it, but no more than a Disney film; honestly I would recommend any Miyazaki movie, aside from The Castle of Cagliostro,Princess Mononoke, and The Wind Rises — some other Ghibli movies are more intense, but Miyazaki’s tend to be more child-friendly; Nausicaä and Castle in the Sky could also be a bit frightening)
Teacher’s Pet (which was also a TV show)
– Last Airbender (especially if he’s a fan of the cartoon or the Korra spinoff which he’s probably seen)
Honestly, this was not a very good adaptation of the series; many fans were disappointed in it. If he hasn’t seen the original series, I would definitely recommend that, no matter what. It’s a masterpiece. They just released a complete series box set, which is pretty cheap on Amazon.
We do have HOCUS POCOUS … he calls that a girls movie but he watches it every time we pull it out to play
There are no “girls’ movies” or “boys’ movies,” just “movies.” 😉
And, of course, if there’s ever a movie you are iffy on, you can find content warnings on their IMDb pages.

ParticipantWe know from “The Thing You Love Most” that it doesn’t have to be a beating heart…
But that would be creepy.

ParticipantWhat if Dr. Doom!Dark One is the untethered Darkness taken corporeal form? Rumpel warned Belle that she doesn’t want to be around the Dark One when no one else is home, as his heart was going black, and he was dying. Also, in “The Miller’s Daughter,” when Rumpel was dying, the name on the dagger was fading away, which led to Cora changing her plan to trying to become the next Dark One. And, if she knew what would happen, maybe only Merlin can control the untethered Darkness, due to being the Sorcerer? Even she could have feared the untethered Darkness!
This would explain why Merlin accused Dr. Doom!Dark One of killing his lost love. We don’t necessarily know long Dr. Doom!Dark One has been around, after all. Rumpel was the Dark One for, what, 300 years?

ParticipantThey did. The thing. I did not want them to do. They made Tommy a Petrelli. And Malina, too! Needless to say, the Petrelli family and the Charming-Stiltskin-Mills-Swan family are now one. This angers me. Too. Many. Petrellis!

ParticipantSomeone suggested this idea to me. What if the casting call isn’t actually for Hades, but for Dr. Facilier from The Princess and the Frog? He does have the appearance of a Distinguished Gentleman:
Now the one thing in the casting call that does lean more towards Hades is that he’s a “God-like figure.” However, that in itself could mean that perhaps it’s not Hades, because Hades is a full on God, rather than God-like. Facilier does have his own magic via his “friends from the other side”, AKA spirits from the after life. Now chances are, this will still end up being Hades, but I felt I should at least present Facilier as another possibility. I still think we could be getting both Hades and Facilier anyway, due to Facilier’s ties to the afterlife.
That’s exactly what I was thinking.

ParticipantDid we ever post Lily Sparks’ review?
@Rainbow
I should be sleeping but anyway it exist.
<script src=”//secure.assets.tumblr.com/post.js” async=””></script>I looked up the song on Wikipedia and found some interesting information. There was a 1999 remix. Swan fire met in, what, 2000, 2001? An A Capella cover by The Flying Pickets was released on an album called Lost Boys. Baelfire was a lost boy (and ran from THE Lost Boys), and Emma was a lost girl.
To be honest, I’m digging the A Capella version more than the original.

ParticipantSomething weird is going on with the mobile version of the forums; it’s not updating. Basically, the latest pages listed are incorrect,
When that happens, has your login session expired? It happens to me, and it’s always turned out that I’m viewing the site as “Guest”; logging in with my user id fixes the problem. I think my computer must be caching pages I view as “Guest” separately from those I view as “Gaultheria”.
Not working. And now it’s spread to the desktop version, but in a different way — actual posts are not showing up. I am able to veiw the post independently (reply/post number), but the background of the post is pink. If that helps.
Edit:Nevermind, it must not have gone through.

ParticipantFound this on Twitter. It’s Emma Swan and Ingrid designed as if they were animated characters in Frozen:

<script async=”” src=”//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js” charset=”utf-8″></script>Ingrid!
I made this edit showing Swanfire as Pokémon (Swannafire). Swanna and Talonflame are in the same egg group.
