I always thought it was Pan.
I actually have no problem with Emma being a little thief pre-Neal. She was a runaway from the foster system so she had to have some skills to survive. Like mentioned she was stealing a car when she met Neal, it just happened the car was already stolen. She wasn’t an angel or new to the game, imo. It’s actually one of the only points of continuity I’ve heard of recently with the series.
If anything, it actually brings them closer together. So did her relationship with Ingrid, incidentally. Also, I’m pretty sure, they are now the only two characters on there show to be seen as a baby, child, teen, and adult.
So, yay! Followup!
Consider this: while Emma was making dreamcatcher, the thing that stopped the terrible Rumple voice for awhile, was Hook and a field of flowers. A flower that Emma kept in present day and was cradling, much like cradling the dreamcatcher in the promo for next week
The same flowers, by the way, that Arthur used to woo Guinevere (and later gave her after he threw the sand on her).

Oh, and Wonderland can be retconned to take place while the SB crew are in Camelot. Will was crying about Ana becoming the Red Queen. He tried putting his heart back in for some time. ANA’s NOT DEAD!
did hook end up a villain?
He is to me. He’s my second-least favorite character. Zelena is the only character I hate more. Although even she was pretty cool for three episodes.

Hook was best when he was the villain. I used to be such a huge hooker. But then S3 happened. Hook is being portrayed as the good guy. Not acting much like one. But they are portraying him as one.I actually kind of liked him when he was a clear-cut villain! Then, in 4A, I was rooting for Rumpel to crush his heart!
So this is somewhat Rumple centric.
Crying Emma + Holding Onto a Dreamcatcher + “Lose the ones you loved the most” = Neal.
