But Geneva is a real place in our world.

I never said in the show it was Geneva. I said in the ORIGINAL BOOK, it was Geneva.

Like I said, I believe it’s a world filled with various classic horror characters like Dracula, Frankenstein(obviously), the creature from the black lagoon, and so forth. Would be cool to see some of them brought into the story. Dracula would be awesome to see.

In the original book, I believe it is Geneva.

My guess is that his world is filled with various other classic horror characters, such as Dracula.

its one thing to analyze stuff, but to really point out minor…no not even minor….just minute things like that is just looking too deep into things and nitpicking

Lots of moments? He’s a scene here or there, but only appeared maybe…twice before episode 5 in season 2. I feel his character will have a larger role in the future, but as of now, he’s still a relatively minor character. The only reason we as fans built it up so much was cause it was a character we saw on a semi regular basis. Other than the main characters, I can’t think of any others that really fit into that role. He was a background character, nothing more.

To say they built it up is wrong. No, WE built it up. The fans did. They never advertised it as being Whale centric, other than saying “hey, this is the episode where you find out who Whale is!”

In season 1, Jimminy was a main character though. Well as far as casting is concerned. He was meant to have a larger role, but it didn’t happen like that.

People look way to deep into things.

Im fine with it being not Dr. Whale centric, cause Dr. Whale while being a recurring character, isn’t a main character. We saw plenty of Frankenstein in the episode, which I loved cause I am a huge fan of Frankenstein

Well, the assumption from the promo is that Whale/Frankenstein brings him back. So a shape shifting Cora seems unlikely.

Well there was also the line saying she never loved Rumple. Not saying he should have killed her, but still.

He wasn’t a villain during the majority of the episode. This was before he became the villain. Even Rumple started out relatively good, as did Regina. This was Hooks origin story. You may have been expecting him to be the uber villain right off the bat, but don’t be mad that he wasn’t a supervillain.
