Heh heh heh…you guys inspired me to write a fanfic, contrasting Bae’s experience–arriving alone, unprepared, with his memories of FTL intact–with the experience of characters who had the blessing of forgetting.
You should TOTALLY write a fanfic about it! Until the show releases an episode explaining what actually happened to Bae, we can only speculate. But I don’t think every possible outcome for Rumple and Bae entering our world would’ve ended badly. I mean look at Pinnochio-he was all by himself and he came out alright (for the most part).

Regina’s a pussycat compared to our real-life baddies.
LOL. Only because she’s used to doing things by magic. She’s not used to getting her hands dirty.

It would be total chaos! The wild west with magic–people zapping each other on every street corner. Emma would have to recruit mom and dad as deputies. When you consider what possessing magic did to Rumple, Regina, even the BF, it would be far worse on people who didn’t grow up in a world of magic. Egad! Rumple and Regina would have to team up to take control of the citizenry.
EXACTLY. We’re not used to having magic-it would be total chaos! But at the same time, we don’t know how magic would work in SB, much less the rest of the world. It could take a subtle form like Emma’s true love’s kiss, or her wishing on her birthday candle, to a more exaggerated form, like waving a wand and making thunder strike, or raising an army of zombies.
I just hope they keep it simple and contain magic to SB.

The writers can only do the whole “The Charmigns vs. Regina” dance for so long. The idea of the final battle being about someone’s hatred for a little girl would be ridiculous and downright laughable. I seriously hope this isn’t where the writers are going. That would be a bit of a letdown. The show needs to go out on a BANG.
I’m sure it will. Snow and Charming aren’t the only two people Regina has made enemies of, she’s made herself public enemy #1 in multiple worlds. There’s plenty of hate to go around!

ParticipantI heard it from Jenny on the podcast. 😀

I don’t think Maurice/Mo harmed his daughter in either world. I think that Regina completely made up the story in FTL and locked her up in SB. I don’t have any proof for this, but we all know Regina is very capable of doing that and more. Also, I don’t think that Regina captured Belle in FTL. I think she just made sure she was imprisoned as part of the curse, the same way that she made special provisions for Maleficent and Jefferson. Again, no proof for this, just a hunch.
BTW, cute name for this thread! As for Maurice, I don’t think he would ever hurt Belle intentionally. Even though he was desperate to stop the ogres, he turned Rumpel away when he said he wanted Belle in exchange for his help. As far as Maurice was concerned, Belle was still with Rumpel whilst Rumpel believed her to be dead so neither one was looking for Belle.
In Storybrooke, I don’t think Moe was even aware he had a daughter but now that his memories are back, I can see him and Rumpel clashing over Belle especially if Maurice/Moe thinks Rumpel has bewitched Belle into loving him.
I agree with all of this. Maurice doesn’t strike me as being someone who doesn’t care about the welfare of his child. If he wasn’t willing to let Belle go with Rumple willingly, I seriously doubt he would be able to order his own daughter to be imprisoned. Even if Rumple explained himself for his behavior towards Maurice, I seriously doubt it would smooth things over with him or Belle.
As for Regina coming over to Maurice’s place and trying to convince him to hand over Belle because of being “corrupted,” I don’t think he’d buy it. Being the “Ruler” of a town, I think he’d have a better BS detector than Belle (I don’t think she took part in the day-to-day management of her town). If he had just got his daughter back from losing her once (from Rumple of all people), I doubt he would just hand her over to someone else.

ParticipantI call that when Baelfire finds out what August did to his dad he will punch August in the face 😎

ParticipantI’m still coming to the forum for any news on season 2 or the next official podcast from the show.
Also, I’ve been watching a new animated series out on Nick called The Legend of Korra. It’s kinda like a sequel to Avatar: The Legend of Aang (the original animated series, not the movie), and it takes place about 70 years after the end of that story. It’s a pretty good show to watch.

And if the theories about Baelfire being Henry’s biological father turn out to be right, then that puts Henry in a very interesting position. So, not only is the son of the savior, but he’d also be the grandson of the most powerful man in the world. So, what does that make Henry? PRETTY BAD A** THAT’S WHAT!!! :ugeek: :ugeek: :ugeek:
If it does turn out to be true, their family reunions are going to be so awkward. 😆
