I wouldn’t take “killer” too seriously. It’s an old term (from many years ago 😎 ) that has the same meaning as today’s “sick”. Both basically saying totally awesome.
Oh I know, I’m just wondering if she may have used it as a sneaky little double entendre. 😉
I’m with you… she could have been being sneaky on purpose… I mean, Cora is the Miller’s daughter. Also, she’s a killer. Not much of a stretch 😉
[adrotate group="5"]eirelandParticipantRegarding David’s name, my money is on Joseph, coz it fits with Mary as names for parents of the Saviour, and James and Joseph is also a cute pair of names that Ruth, (another Biblical name) would have given her twin babies.
Interesting! I hadn’t thought of that at all…
🙂
eirelandParticipantYeah, it sucks that we have to wait… HOWEVER, ratings were WAY down last night while once competed with NFL, so really, it should have been a four week break and then Once ratings would remain high. I know it sucks, but if ABC really is doing what is best for the show. Ratings matter, regardless of what the show is competing again. Last night should have been a rerun, and the next two weeks are just a good idea.
Plus, they can’t air all the episodes now.
Personally, I think we should tweet bomb @abc_publicity and tell them that we are not okay with them competing Once with NFL. It’s just a battle they can’t win.
Just my 2 cents.
eirelandParticipantI think Charming’s real name is David too. The writers said it was something super obvious. Some of the other name changes are super obvious too, once we knew where Mary Margaret came from, the fact that Ruby is another term FOR Red…
In the Promo the giant said “the queen made me tiny” which I thought was interesting because he must be talking about Cora if he was made tiny enough to travel, but he called her the queen… and Cora is really only a queen in Wonderland… Just something I caught…
I’m sure that it wouldn’t take much for Hook to peeve off Charming. Like…. breathing, for instance… especially in Emma’s direction.
eirelandParticipantIf the outside world is the villain in season 3… I’m not sure that I’d like that… it would be too “Roswell, Buffy season 4, XFiles” ish. But who knows.
I assume that if Cora’s mouth is moving, she is lying.
eirelandParticipantThis is why, in REAL LIFE (or at least here), cops have to go to police college for a minimum of 3 months AFTER they are hired… and before that, they often do a degree or at least a diploma in police studies.
Like I said in the chatroom, she should have said they were filming a movie! haha
eirelandParticipantThese are the only quotes I got down from the episode on first watch…
If anyone knows the one with question marks, I’d love to know what it really was (they were talking too fast!)“You’re awful chipper for a guy who failed to kill his enemy… THEN got hit by a car.”
“If I were to pick dead guy of the year, I’d pick you.”
“Anyone else notice he is drunk off his (obscenity)?!”
“What tipped you off, my rosy complexion?”
“I thought you were dead… but hey, disappointment’s just a part of life.” (???)
“In a normal town, the sheriff goes in and asks a few questions. She doesn’t bring her parents in with her.”
eirelandParticipantCan’t wait to hear! 🙂
eirelandParticipantGood luck!
I always do hot water with lemon juice and honey in it when I need to be able to talk or sing but have a throat thing or a cold! 🙂January 18, 2013 at 6:02 pm in reply to: Another reason I think Neal might have been in Wonderland… #168998eirelandParticipantI agree completely. These days, I like to re-watch an episode just to see if I can spot something that might be a clue, or have a special meaning. And I know I’m not alone in doing this. Can’t wait for the next episode.
You are not alone at all! haha.
