I don’t think it’s relevant to Peter Pan, but it is awesome that the clock in Peter Pan says the same thing!
Mindblown.
[adrotate group="5"]eirelandParticipantI really loved the song they used in the promos for Once the summer before it started (Rescue Me by Kerrie Roberts) and I am kind of disappointed that it hasn’t been pushed more in the show or in promos/opening credits, etc (I know, I know, there are no opening credits in the show)…
I had read before the show even started that ABC commission her to write the song or sing the song or something, and then they haven’t used it at all, except in this one promo:

Ditto. Like so incredibly ditto, it’s scary!

1) Snow is the heir to King Leopold’s kingdom. Abigail is technically MIA of whatever…Charming was suppose to get claim to Midas and George’s kingdoms. “That will bring us back to Snow.” Snow and Charming will get all three. Remember the last we saw of Abby and Freddie it looked asthough they were about to flee.
Charming doesn’t have claim to Midas’ kingdom, because he helped Abigail get Frederick back, so the merger was off, which is why George came after him right away (in s1 “remember what happened to Frederick) —- right? I imagine that Abigail and Frederick ended up taking over Midas’ kingdom when they were reunited (because Midas did like Frederick because Fred saved his life and that is how he got turned into gold).
eirelandParticipantThis technically might not be a spoiler, because this episode I’m about to talk about has already aired, but I am going to spoiler block is anyways – it is from Queen of Hearts (209)…. I adore this scene because I feel like it tells us so much about Emma (obviously) but also so much about Mary Margret's reaction to finding out that Emma was her daughter at the end of S1… because she just knows that Emma is hurting so much and knows she has that wall.
Which is ALSO why my favourite scene in the entire show thus far is this scene between Emma and Cora… and this photo I'm about to post (oh, which is also my avatar) because it is like the exact moment that Emma realizes HERSELF that love is NOT weakness. Because I believe she has this wall up because she thinks that if she loves, she's weak. And if she loves, she'll get hurt… so Emma believes loves is weakness, right until the moment that Cora tries to yank her heart out and Emma finally discovers that love is strength!
The is originally why I thought that perhaps Cora only couldn't rip her heart out THAT one time, because Emma had just sacrificed her own life for her mother… so I thought that it was kind of like in Narnia/Harry Potter/the Bible when the person (or lion) is sacrificing themselves for the life of someone else, and that is why they don't end up dying.
However, I guess I don't believe this anymore after watching Eddie and Adam's official podcast about this episode. (Which, really, is good news… if Emma's heart can't get taken by anyone, that means that she is safeish from Cora and Regina… at least in this context).

eirelandParticipantThe sad part is, I think I even own it… but I disliked it so much!
eirelandParticipantOh, I thought we couldn’t post later spoilers in this forum (in case people who haven’t seen the episode yet (i.e. from other countries) are coming in here to talk? All good…
But I mean, he was abandoned too – so shouldn’t it really read something like “abandoned seven year old found with newborn baby” or something? Unless he told them a different story when he was discovered like “oh, I had run away from my parents and then I found this baby” – but then wouldn’t they have not been able to find his parents either – because he also didn’t have any?
And I am sure that they didn’t exactly know… However, in an interview at Comic Con 2011, Jennifer was talking about how she already knows the whole story of Henry’s dad, which we don’t even really know yet (like we know the story from Tallahassee (sp?) but we do not know WHO Henry’s dad is… and in the interview, Jen sounded like she definitely knew who it was already… so I feel like Eddie and Adam probably knew this… maybe they just wanted to lead us astray, haha. BUT the podcast here about this episode (I think it was Jeremy who guessed) guessed right on from this episode that the little boy was someone else from Fairy tale land and that he could come and go from Storybrooke i.e. August). Just awesome!
eirelandParticipantWhen they show the newspaper article and it talks about the seven year old boy, it says “a local boy discovers a newborn wrapped in a blanket on the roadside”. So… that just doesn't exactly go along with what August told her about what happened later – so I am just wondering if the props department didn't have the necessary info… or if they didn't want to give it away… but August wasn't a “local boy” right – he was also abandoned to the state, and ended up staying with Emma because that is what Geppetto promised he would do back in FTL, right? So, I don't know if it is a goof or they just didn't want to ruin it right then and there…. but that is definitely not accurate, right?
PS – Is that what ends up being blacked out on the forums, what is put under spoiler? I’m still new… and if yes, then how do you read what is blacked out if you want to?
Thanks 🙂
eirelandParticipantOh oops. I was originally going to post a completely unrelated goof I noticed in this episode, but realized it was a spoiler, so I am going to figure out where I can post it and post it there 🙂
December 10, 2012 at 4:10 am in reply to: DO you think Mulan and Aurora will be coming to SB? #164311eirelandParticipantI wrote this in the chatroom, but I definitely think that Aurora will be having some more fiery room conversations with the others in Storybrooke. Possibly to get information about finding Philip’s soul… or possibly to for the SB peeps to get their help with Cora/Hook (i.e. perhaps getting the sword that can deflect Cora’s magic back from FTL, because… clearly that is something you just leave on the ground when your friend gave it to you)…
I feel like finding Philip’s soul might be possible because Emma was meant to restore the Happy Endings – so I think that restoring Aurora and Philip’s happy ending might be a good start for FTL to begin rebuilding…
Also, I feel like Aurora kind of wanted to go to SB… She’s now left with Mulan and she’s totally in love with her man, so, yeah… haha
