    @ An Empty Heart

He did leave her when he was seven, but he came back to look for her when she was 17. 🙂 And he promised Neal that he would be there for her, but then the $20,000 proved to be a temptation that he couldn’t say no to. So he took off to Pleasure Island, and once again left Emma. That was what he meant when he told Emma he was supposed to be there for her–twice he left her.

The whole soonish comment is him keeping fans in suspense–telling us will give us what we want. 🙂

As for him not in Storybrooke, it could be that he can’t go in now that magic has returned. We know what happens when you leave Storybrooke. He may not be able to enter. Also, if he is Baelfire, he may not want to see his father–he could be afraid or too resentfull. Also, wonder how he will react when he sees how friendly his father is with Henry? He may become protective. 🙂

    Cannot pick one! 😆 Impossible.

Snow White–she is a mother, a wife, a fighter, a grandmother, a friend, a defender, and a queen. She puts others first–willing to sacrifice her life for the happiness of others. She is patient with her daughter–she understands the heartache she feels and how lonely she was. She is loyal to her husband–she understands he was cursed and not himself.

Prince Charming–he is a loyal, brave man. A husband and a father and a grandfather and a sheriff and a king–he does his best to keep the order for the whole town, while still taking care of Henry and looking for a way to find his wife and daughter.

Emma–she can be wary at times, but it is hard to blame her. She is hardened–she suffered abuse and betrayel, and yet she still is a good person and does what she can to help others. She is a mother and a sheriff, while still doing her best to be open up to her mother.

Henry–He is a brave kid. 🙂 He stands up to those he knows are wrong, he searched out for Emma, he helped her to reunite many of the fairytale characters in season 1, and helped the Mad Hatter/Jefferson this season, as well as saved Regina from death.

Belle–she wants to make her own choices, though she still is having a hard time getting to that since people keep locking her up. 🙂 She speaks her mind, though, and is kind and very perceptive.

Grumpy/Dreamy–he sacrificed True Love for his love to have her dreams come true. He is unflinchingly loyal to the whole Charming family, to his brothers, and to all his friends. 🙂

Neal–I loved him in Tallahassee. He truly loved Emma and wanted to do what he could for her, though he knew (or was convinced) that leaving her was for the best. He treated Emma gently, kindly, and lovingly. He loved her for her, and he wanted the best life for her–he put her first.

There are a lot more, of course, but I cannot do all of them.

Obviously he has a list of crimes he has committed–murder, attempted murder, tampering in an investigation, creating a mob, and framing Ruby, Also, trying to discredit Prince Charming. And considering the evidence that proves his guilt, the fact that he did not deny the charges, really makes for a pretty good case against him.

As for who would presecute the case, I am sure that they can appoint someone else for the DA’s position–temporarily or permanently. Though with the murder and the incident with the mob, it might be a while before they get to the case at all–Prince Charming is still trying to figure out how to find portal, there are still missing people, and a lot of people needing therapy. Overall, it won’t be for a while.

    @Lili’Red

Whether Neal?/Baelfire?/White Rabbit?/A Fairytale Character? Not a Fairytal Character he and Emma are each other’s True Love–I agree with you that they are truly in love with each other.

And I never once though Neal forgot Emma–why else would he keep the Dreamcatcher? August/Pinocchio new his address, which meant that they must have stayed in contact to a certain degree. 🙂 Why would he continue to do so if he forgot about Emma? And the way he looked at the card–there was a slight look relief but also fear and worry. There is going to be a lot of guilt for him–when he learns about Henry, about what Emma went through, and what Pinocchio did. Both he and Emma will not have it easy, and by no means shoudl they quickly rush into a relationship–they both have been apart for 11 years, after all, both told lies and both not knowing what the other went through.

It would be great and healthy, I think, for both of them to take things slowly, get to know each all over again. 🙂

It is a bit much to blame Emma for not believing Henry. She at first did not because the whole story sounds crazy–a town full of Fairytale characters, all trapped in time, unable to remember. The story itself sounds like a Fairytale story for children. But Emma did not want to hurt Henry, so she played along to make him happy.

When the evidence starting piling up, she did not want to believe–to have to bear responsibility for a whole town of people is a huge burden to have, and her main priority has always been Henry.

Belle is not a warrior–I know she is not going to take up a sword like Mulan, Emma, or Snow White, and nor does she have to. 🙂 I had at first thought that she was like Princess Abigail–not a fighter, but strong in personality. A woman that knew what she wanted, one firm and strong, even if not physically so.

In Fairytale Land she did make her chocie, but from there it goes downhill. She told Rumpelstiltskin off in The Crocodile, but she goes back to him after his confession–in a cute dating sort of way. True she loves him and I was happy for her, but it was a bit too quick, I thought. All she had wanted was the truth, and yet it did not seem to bother her that much when she learned how controlling he can be, and she still cannot truly hold her own.

Again, not expecting her to be a fighter, but I thought she would show more caution, but she hasn’t really. After being imprisoned and and kidnapped twice, she seems trusting and naive.

Emma was the one portrayed a bit weakly, but that was due to her not knowing anything about the curse in season 1. And this season, she is starting to pull herself slowly–she managed to see Captain Hook for who he really was, she gave herself and the group a headstart, and she got the compass.

I never saw Snow White as incompetant in the show–Mary Margaret was, but not Snow White, and that all due to the curse. Yes she got kidnapped a few times, but she got herself out of the situation many times. 🙂

It just shows how it constantly happens to her, and yet she takes it. Ruby chained her up for her own good, and yet she showed no anger to it. Prince Charming himself had said to call if the mob were on their way to the library, which meant that Belle would be in danger being all chained up. Granted, they found Ruby quickly, but the fact that Belle had no anger towards that shows how she is sort of used to it.

Also, she pretty quickly forgives Rumpelstiltskin for all that he does–he locked her up, threw her away from the castle, and put her in danger of encuring the wrath of the Evil Queen. He probably never told her how he beat her father to a pulp, and got rid of her posters, and never once apologized for any of that.

It is hard to explain (and I really do like her) but she hasn’t really done much except get kidnapped, rescued, and then talk about how she makes her own choices.

Captain Hook is only on his own side–he said so himself that he would swear alligence to anyone that would get him to Storybrooke. His only goal is to kill Rumpelstiltskin, and perhaps once he gets to Storybrooke, he will find enjoyment in pirating a bit.
