I think this is really really possible. It may also mirror Snowing when they forgot who they are.Charming being in coma and MM was there for him and did help him wake up. Hook maybe frozen which would also mirror Han Solo.
Also do you think that Snow Queen(Elsa) would have a love interest this next season? If so I would think it would be, maybe (I HOPE NOT) , Hook ? She will make him love her by force(spell) but he would be frozen (literally) or his heart would be frozen to make him un-love Emma. Emma would now try to save her TL, and her kiss would break the curse and return him back to her. It will also answer Hook’s ” I don’t know” answer to Charming when asked if Emma would do the same for him. Emma now would be the one to prove her love for Hook!
I think they will go the Snow Queen route. I read the Snow Queen story on Wiki (don’t have time to read the actual fairy tale). What if this time, Hook is Kai? in the book, Kai doesn’t see the beauty of the world due to the shards glass in eyes (we know Hook mostly sees beauty in Emma.) maybe this time Emma will be the one to prove her love for Hook? remember Hook and Charming talk about him not being sure of Emma will do the same for him? maybe this season Emma will be the one who will do it for him>

That bit when Emma teases Hook how jealous he was with himself was probably one of my most favorite scenes (Other than our super tender kiss).
Did you see Killian caressing Emma’s face as they kiss, the way Emma did when she gave him his CPR kiss?

I am so excited for next week’s episode. Seems like Emma would be arrested and Hook will try his best not to have her sent to prison again. It very much contrasts Neal’s actions on letting Emma be sent to jail
