I absolutely agree with PriceofMagic. If Hook really teams up with the ‘good guys’, I would still not trust him – I wouldn’t be able to stop thinking ‘what’s in it for him?’.

My guess it’s somewhere near the mayor’s office, judging by the walls decoration.
And no, don’t think Cora made them appear in front of Regina – unless it was something like a magic door appearing in front of Regina and trying to remind her who she was. But it feels more like Regina keeping it herself, in the end, she had to be this boring mayor for 28 years, what better than a little play with her ‘old’ dresses? 😈
I also think that Cora didn’t come through the door but through the mirror next to it.
