i know I’m being repetitive in the threads but I have this idea that it’s Charming who might be an imposter – Cora has traveled through the worlds and seems to know how to get to the trapped souls as well (or was it just a trick on Aurora?) so maybe she finds out about Charming being trapped in the sleeping curse realm (can’t imagine it being difficult, Cora can hear everything they say through Aurora’s heart and Snow is BOUND to be talking about this non-stop). She might be able to imprison Charming in there (or somewhere) for good and use his body to place her own soul in.

Spread his name so much so that everyone would know it and noone can technically ‘guess’ it. Also, what now strikes me, everybody seems to always call him by “Rumplestiltskin” (sooo much harder to pronounce, as beautifully demonstrated by Regina 😈 ) and not ‘the Dark One’ so it seems like he did go for it!
weeeelllllll, in the lights of the last episode, I dare say there should be ‘Cora’ in the poll as well 😈
don’t think so, the well is supposed to have a power “to return that which is lost to its rightful place” and once the characters get to SB, they aren't so much lost then, are they?
steliokontos1, good point! He did seem like he had some practice in story telling! But then again, he’s the one who always liked playing with the words…

And one more thing – now Hook has turned out to be obviously just as bad as Rumplestiltsking himself. It’s a bit hypocritical, seeing that he wants to kill him for the very thing Hook himself has become. Would the writers pick up on this or will Hook’s soul not be open for any redemption/forgiveness?
So I believe Cora will use Aurora to capture Emma and Snow or at least somehow prevent them from getting the ink – I’m more than certain she will destroy the ink the minute she gets it. Which will force Snow to find this mermaid and that’s how the story will go…. right?
The thing is though, they meant to get back through the portal in the next episode and there is Archie's story to tell as well so I'm afraid there won't be much time to explore the Little Mermaid at all – but I strongly believe they will eventually tell us a story, maybe Aurora and Mulan who clearly don't get to SB will want to find the squid, who knows? hm, would Faux Snow be able to wake Charming up though? If Cora possess her heart, would she still feel this whole ‘true love’?
one thing i have noticed there hasnt been much of the Charming family on set since those photos surfaced but there has been alot of Regia,Hook ,Cora , Rumple Etc. so where is Emma and Snow?

good point though, they might be saving Charming from the Sleeping curse? I mean, in the end, he did sort of switch spaces from the sleeping curse realm to the post-curse one, wouldn’t that have any implications? Also, I have this idea that it’s the Charming that might be the imposter since Cora could’ve found a way to get to the sleeping curse world, just like with any other world, and slip into David’s body – if she’s so good at pretending she’s dead (Regina saw her body, apparently), it wouldn’t be a problem for her to pretend she’s the ‘asleep David’ until Snow supposedly kisses him and wakes him up. No one would even suspect anything!Hey, a theory – if we see David walking happily with Snow, looking as if he was just waiting there for them – what if Cora found a way to get to SB through HIM? If she traveled through so many worlds, she might have found a way to enter the realm of the sleeping curse and go back and use David’s body! 🙄
