The one and only that’s stuck in my head is ‘Pan Labyrinth’ and I’m sorry but OUaT has still a long way to go to beat that master peace! But then again, these two are so different it’s hard to compare. I find OUaT good and satisfying in the way that it’s very clever in linking the fairy tales ans revealing this completely new plot that actually seems like it’s always been there because the writers used their brains to connect them into one. I don’t actually need Storybrooke to appreciate that, I would be perfectly happy watching OUaT if it was set in FTL only. But then again the mystery of who’s who in SB and how they are connected adds this extra something 😉

Henry wears a vial on a chain that protects from burns.
it doesn’t actually protects him from anything, especially not burns. It allows him to take control of the dream and the flames but it doesn’t mean they will not burn him!

He’s a chess mastermind, right?
One would’ve thought he would be at least pictured next to a chessboard some time yet I’ve never seen him play! 😉

Don’t know where to start! First: Lana introducing the sneak peek, squeeee!
Second of all, we get more than 20sec of her screentime 😆
And we now know why Aurora went up in the flames – Cora pulled her out of the dream! But how does Charming expect Snow to be there? And how does he even want to go under the spell – so NOT logical! I mean, if he’s asleep trying to contact Snow, doesn’t he have to wake up so that Regina and Gold know what to do? And how would he manage that with Snow still in FTL? I know he’s desperate but that’s a pretty stupid idea, my prince!
And again, Regina in Charming together stand up against putting Henry in danger – an obvious thing but hey, they finally agree at something!
And THAT look Rumple gave Regina when he said the real monster (aka her mom) would be on its way to Storybrooke!November 21, 2012 at 5:18 pm in reply to: Barbara Hershey talks OUAT + "Into The Deep" spoiler #161556evilqueenParticipantHey, that’s not actually such a stupid idea – I haven’t seen/heard of Mulan in any of the news, all there is revolves around MM, Emma and Aurora and Philip, Mulan makes little contribution at the moment plus she’s sort of in a way between Aurora and Philip 😛 And doesn’t her hairdo reminds you a bit of fish tales? Just saying 🙄
Also, she always tries to do the righteous way – even if it means cutting the beam stalk because she promised it to Emma. Maybe Cora wants to punish Aurora and Mulan gets in the way between the two of them? She would always protect the girl as she swore to Philip…evilqueenParticipantslurpeez108 that’s all very well, I agree on everything you said, except… this is the situation we’ve already seen before – Regina was young and innocent and has seen and really suffered the bad her own mother has done – and there wasn’t even an excuse that Henry’s had – this was her own mother!
True, Henry doesn’t trust Gold. But as if to contradict that, he accepts the medallion from him WITHOUT a single word. Yes, he’s desperate, but wasn’t Regina either? This is where it all starts, you can’t despise [dark] magic and use it for your good at the same time without consequences. There cannot be any ‘but’ or ‘except’ or you’ll fall into the trap. My point is that Henry might think he is in control, hell, he might not even suspect what hit him and then boom! He’s desperate to be a hero and that might really blind his judgements!
Saying that, I’m not convinced he will turn into dark magic either, I’m just considering it as something that is well possible.evilqueenParticipantok, so apparently Jane Espenson, when asked about Neal coming to Storybrooke, she replied “What makes you so sure he is coming to SB?” which makes me think – it's obvious he has some connections with magic, otherwise he would've acted differently to August's mystery box. Maybe he isn't coming to SB at all but straight to FTL????
Anyway, if/when he’s going to SB, I would love to see Emma kick his ass for deciding her future for her. In the end this ruined everything she could have and changed her view on the world around her. True, this is also August’s fault, but let’s be honest – Neal has been around Emma long enough to know her better than this. If this was so important for her to go to SB and break the curse, why couldn’t he just try to convince her himself? Or, even, “by accident” take her there for “random spontaneous holidays” and see what happens? And, personally, he’s no match for her anyway, it would be way too predictable if the two ended up together again.
One thing I’d like to see is how would Emma go about telling Henry about his father – she lied to him about this before so it’s a super-delicate area right now! -
