That was my idea too. Initially I thought this cannot be David talking about his twin brother because he didn’t know the guy anyway (he didn’t even know he existed until he died…) so how would he know anything about him especially that he was arrogant and this was why he died? But then, Anton probably told him his story and showed him that the real Prince Charming was a pretty bad a** in his eyes and David just wanted to conclude this story by ensuring Anton it really isn’t him. It kinda does sound like David – to issue statements that he assumes are true and convenient for him at the time but he has no evidence to back it up 😛
Then again – when he resumed Prince Charming’s position, I’m sure many people would’ve been surprised by ‘his’ change of behaviour and confront him about it – so he would learn pretty soon all the bad habits of his twin bro 😉I hope there is some plot twist coming our way – that not everything went smoothly to start with and Regina had to make a few “amendments” to the curse while already in Storybrooke 😉
