that’s a pretty good point, it might be the portal! i still don’t get what’s up with the fire in Henry and Aurora’s dream! Would it be that since they are meant to be trapped in this in-between reality, the fire is there to oppose any creation of water-portal? And then Aurora shooting up in the air, still embraced in the fire and not the water geyser, I really wonder what’s going to happen to her and Mulan!
I love the fact they brought Mulan in. Not impressed with her scarce appearances but hopefully it will change, she is a great character in the end! Also, don’t like the fact they had to make her love prince Philip, it only works with Aurora jealousy and adds nothing else to the plot so someone explain me why make her look bad…
I think Hook will go for Belle – it would be a revenge and also a bit of a relief for his heart as I’m sure it’s been a long time since Milah’s dead. Otherwise, why would the writers temporarily part Rumple and Belle like that? I mean, they are technically dating but they aren’t together so Hook may as well try his luck. Although I am not a big fan of the character, so far he hasn’t proved himself anything but a person who talks WAY too much.
I would love to have Regina in my life, just to be able to get into all those different layers of hers! Plus she has magic 🙂
Other than that – hot ass Ruby, Leroy, he always makes me laugh, Mulan to protect my back and, of course Granny!
On the list of people I wouldn’t want in my life, definitely Rumple – as much as I like his complexity, there’s a lot more evil to him that it meets the eye and I would hate him manipulating my friends around! And not Henry or Aurora – way too annoying creatures.As for the Charming family – don’t know, probably not, they are just a little bit boring…
that is the purpose of the whole show – we always had fairy tale characters as either white or black and OUaT changes it by adding all those extra layers to everyone – Charmings are far from perfect and Regina and Rumple have started off as good people (sort of) before the power took the worst of them.
Both of those villains have their reasons to act the way they are and deal with obstacles in the worst possible way, just because it’s easiest even though we see they still have SO MUCH to learn!
And as much as I’d love to see them redeem themselves, I cannot see it happening for they’ve done so much bad in their past and fear that sooner or later they will be killed off… I cannot see Rumple EVER giving up magic and manipulating people and even though Regina is making progress, she still doesn’t know how to handle feelings and she will just react with anger which will be her undoing…I never like Emma’s character, to be honest and it’s nothing to do with being Evil Regal!
I mean, Madam Mayor’s behavior is COMPLETELY understandable – Emma gave up her son in closed adoption and then suddenly decided she wants to stay in his life? And then all the fighting they’ve done over him and Emma didn’t learn anything. In fact she did let Henry follow her everywhere and put him in some risky situations – it’s Regina who’s always been the responsible parent and even if a bit of a control freak but she actually took care of him, right from when he was a baby. We know the circumstances but I just felt really really annoyed with Emma in her first episodes – she trully had no right to interfere with Henry’s life. And then this ‘superpower’ that she keeps telling everyone yet it doesn’t work. If it did, would she have any concerns after she asked Regina if she loved Henry?
Eventually, I got used to her but even in the FTL she is the one who doesn’t listen to anything Snow has to say and behaves just like a little kid. Maybe that is the way the writers want to portrait her – as a lost child who has yet so much to learn but she’s just not the type of a character I like… 🙄
