And honestly, I despise the idea of Bea being Peter for a few different reasons, but mainly it’s because of personality. Peter was arrogant and self-centered; pretty much the complete opposite of Bae. To pull that off they would have to completely change the character of one of them and I don’t think they could pull it off.
I have actually seen a theory that Hook is a grown up Peter and I really like that Idea.
[adrotate group="5"]faux paxParticipantIf they do have Emma have to go and get him, a sick and twisted part of me is kind of hoping Henry will convince Emma to let him come along on her quest to find Bae…

Rumple manipulated hundreds and caused the curse for a very human reason: to find his son. Regina enacted the curse because of a deep-seated pain born of a lifetime of emotional abuse from Cora. But we’ve seen both of these “bad characters” do good things. Regina is trying to be better, and we’ve seen Gold help Henry. Yet we’ve seen good people do “bad” things as well. I mean it wasn’t that long ago that Snow almost put an arrow through Mulan’s neck and left Aurrura to Cora just so she could get back to charming.
What this all boils down to to me, is empathy or the lack of.
The characters people usually characterize as “good” are able to put themselves in others position at least most of the time. In “We are both” Charming wants nothing better then to run after Jefferson so he could fix the hat and get Emma and Snow back, but he stops when Red reminds him that “the town needs him.” He puts the needs of the many above what he wanted.
Now think of all Rumple has done, much for the same reason. He wants Bae back, but in the process he has torn apart how many family? Condemning them to the same agony he felt when he let go of Bae.
faux paxParticipantYou’re right ..! They might just do that. Not sure I would like that very much though. To me that would look really silly. But I doo see there is a very big possibility of that happening
Maybe then, when Neal opens his door, Emma will just march of with Henry, ready to kick some Rumple butt, for once again setting her up to play his game.. she will think. But I wonder what Neal is up too. Isn’t he supposed to try and find his own way to Storybrook. Now that he knows the curse is broken ??
I’m kind of disappointing that he didn’t already find his way into SB. I mean he’s been waiting for this for how long? Espenson tweeted something about ‘the real question being what he’s been up to’ or something like that and I can’t help but wonder if he’s been trying to help from the outside or something and, as much as he might want to, he just couldn’t drop everything. Could he be working with the new mystery man “the outsider?”
I’m kind of worried about the direction their taking this. I’m the biggest fan of the Neal as Bae theory you will find, but the one argument against it that i agree with is that if they try and do the “neal is Bae” and the “Neal is Henry’s father” storylines at the same time, one of them is bound to get burred in the other. But that’s the way it looks like it’s going to turn out.
I’m going to reserve judgement for the final product, though. If anyone can pull it off, it’s this cast and crew.
faux paxParticipantI wonder if this may be connected to the nightmares Neal has been having? After all, in this show there are no such things as a throw away refreance.

Yup, it looks like Gold is going to use that favor to ask Emma to find his son.But if Bae is really Neal, let’s hope she doesn’t shoot him on sight.Yes, Emma finding Baelfire is surely the favor she owes Mr. Gold. Also, Jennifer Morrison confirmed that while Emma thinks she knows all about Henry’s dad, Neal, there is also a part of him she doesn’t know at all. I think the part she doesn’t know is that Neal’s real identity is Baelfire.
that will be a very interesting reunion. and perfect for the fanfic I’m trying to wrap up. Thank you Once!
I think it would be even more interesting if Henry convinces her to let him come along. And when they both show up on Neal’s door step not knowing Bae is really him… 😮 😮 😆
I am so twisted.
faux paxParticipantWhat if Emma isn’t trying to keep Henry away from Regina? What if she just gave in to his puppy dog face “but you just got back”‘ and let him come with her to find Bae. And if Neal is Bae… that might actually beat Rumple caneing Hook.

faux paxParticipantWhat a lot of people don’t realize about August is that in Tallahassee, he hadn’t yet met Emma face to face since she was a baby. All he had heard as a kid was that he had to protect the savior. No one mentioned anything about Emma as a person, so it was probably easy for him to see her only as the role she was destined to play. After he met her as a person when he came to storybrooke, that view became a bit more muddled.
