faux paxParticipant
I watched the entire season in the week after the finale and had to rely on these podcast to keep me going…and I fell in love with the Bae as Henry’s father theory since the moment i read it.
Are you sure the pics aren’t pics of the actors before they are ‘in character’ or what not?
@Maiqu, sorry, but it looks like that’s not going to happen. It’s been all but confirmed.
[adrotate group="5"]faux paxParticipantIs it just me or did the first paragraph of that kind of confirm something for us? OMG. My Feels already hurt. Jan or Feb? NOOOO!! What if it’s the week the Walking Dead come back??? 😮 😮 I would not be mentally fit for class the whole next week…
A lot of people have been asking why Emma Swan wasn’t helping her parents at the hole in the ground filming on Monday, and I didn’t know the answer. Well, today I do know the answer. She’s not in Storybrooke, she’s left for New York to find Neal Cassady
faux paxParticipantWhere did you get that spoiler? and What picture? Can someone give me a link. pleas!!!!
faux paxParticipantPlus, when Baelfire hears wha he did t everyone, I doubt he will happy with what his father has done.
And i think that will be the point. IF Neal is Bae, then I think the only reason he would come to Storybrooke is for Emma (and Henry). I don’t see him wanting anything to do with Rumple when he’s like that and I think that will turn into Rumple’s punishment (not that Neal would do that on Purus) he has to be in the same town as Bae and know he wants nothing to do with him. Top that off with all the stuff he’s pulled that would put Emma and Henry in danger–the two people Bae cares about most–and you are bound to have some angst going on on his part.
faux paxParticipantI have great faith in the talent of the writers to handle things like that. That’s one of the reasons i’m not freaking out about the fact that it looks like they’re going to try and do both the Neal is Bae and the Neal is Henry’s dad plots almost at the same time (it was the one argument against Swanfire that i’ve ever agreed with–that if they tried to do both at the same time one would push the other to the side).
But I mean, if someone would have told us that Rumple would be both the Beast and the Crocodile before those epps came out I’m sure some of us would have been a bit apprehensive about how that was going to play out…but look at the genus that is the final product. If any team of writers can do it without making things seem rather cheesy, it’s them.
And didn’t they say something about how the origin of Henry’s book was a story in and of its self? Maybe that’s what the network was doing (even if it’s all they could do).
Maybe Bae did the illustrations for the book. Millah was good at art and those kind of things can be hereditary… August could have written it from the story the others told him. It would explain why some didn’t make it into the book like Rumple’s back story and Pinocio’s and when Rumple/Jeffeson/Victor teamed up. Some stories the Network wouldn’t know or were just too personal for them to be comfortable including. I mean Regina did read all but the last few pages when she took the book from Henry. If she had known these things she would have acted diffidently.
faux paxParticipantBut what else could they do? Only Emma could break the curse and I doubt any of them but August knew about Henry… I do see your point though. I guess it would really depend on how it all played out for me to judge if i’d be pissed or not.
faux paxParticipantI have this theory that there’s some sort of small network network outside of SB of people who weren’t cursed helping out. I mean it would be August, Bae (Neal), and maybe some others (Dorthy and/or Alice, perhaps?) working with those inside SB who knew like Jefferson and the Blue Fairy. I mean, am I the only one who remembers the stills from hat trick with August and Jefferson–the same ones the producers are trying to pretend never existed?
I’m not quite sure what this network would be doing now that the curse is broken, but that’s kind of where my mind is headed with this.
faux paxParticipantAnd given that Neal didn’t instantly go rushing to SB to find her, I think he may be the more reluctant one in the relationship now. We need to see more of the person he’s become and where his head is really at these days. Will be very interesting to see how their dynamic plays out once they meet up again.
I really, really hope that there is more to his absence then just him being afraid. Espenson (or one of the other writers) said that what Neal was doing outside of storybrooke was important or something like that. Maybe the reason he didn’t rush back wasn’t just because he was afraid, but because he couldn’t leave whatever he was doing quite yet.
faux paxParticipantAwww, thanks!!!
faux paxParticipantI do actually. Here’s a link to the only OUAT one i’ve done so far but it does focus on Neal and his relationships with just about everyone once he comes back to Storybrooke.
