FelieParticipant
Yeah….believe me….Regina and Rumple already paid the price for their sins, so I’m not even about to go off into that. But what has Hook paid? And do tell how Rumple publically humiliated Milah….did he leave her and their son for some sword swinging female pirate? Rumple treated Milah with love while he was human…she’s the one who treated him like an animal.
Well, I’ve tried to discuss that stuff, but it’s very difficult to get straight answers (and I don’t just mean you, @WR; I see it a lot both here and elsewhere). I mean, Rumple lost his son and while I don’t necessarily see that as a “price”, I’d say that’s about the worst thing that could’ve happened to him. Regina, on the other hand…well, you know how I feel about her. I’m not sure what “price” you mean with either her or Hook though; I guess for me the price should be feeling and expressing genuine remorse and making amends (where possible) to those you’ve wronged. Now about Rumple’s treatment of Milah–the public humiliation I was referring to was when he went to the tavern and scolded her in public (like a child) for not taking care of her “responsibilities” (when, as she pointed out, he hadn’t exactly fulfilled his either). He treated her like an object that was broken and not serving its purpose–he expected her to be a good little wife, keep her head down and just stay in the town where she was extremely unhappy. He refused to listen to her pleas to just move, to go somewhere where his mistakes wouldn’t make their lives miserable anymore; they were pariahs where they lived because of his injuring himself to get out of fighting. So did she lash out at him verbally? Yes, we see some of that, because as a woman it’s the only thing she could do. And in his refusal to remotely consider her pleas, he didn’t treat her like a partner; he treated her like property (also evidenced by the language he constantly uses regarding how Hook “stole” her, like she was some object). We see Milah asking Rumple (yet again) to move right before she left with Hook–this one last refusal to consider her feelings at all was the last straw, so she left with a man who loved her and treated her like an actual person. Rumple may not have physically abused Milah or anything (yet, though of course he murdered her later), but he allowed her no autonomy and refused to acknowledge that she was an individual with her own intrinsic value, treating her like her only worth lay in what she could do for him and his son.
I might love you.

"there’s lesbians in it"FelieParticipantI think the Ice Queen’s sister, Anna and Elsa’s mother, definitely trapped the Ice Queen in the urn. IQ told Elsa that Anna trapped her in the urn because she wants Elsa to feel that same pain that most likely pushed the IQ into becoming a villain. IQ wants something from Elsa, and she possibly wanted it from Emma once too.
I’m hoping it’s love. She can be used to show how rejection and condemnation on the basis of being different can turn someone bitter at the ones who have shunned them, while at the same time showing that people like this still desperately needing to feel a sense of love and belonging. But they’re probably going to kill her so… oh well…
It would be a shame if they did take this rout and kill her, since shunning on the basis of being different (as opposed to being shunned for bad behavior) is what happens all the time to people irl, and it would be nice to see someone being accepted and forgiven, instead of being labeled a ‘bad-guy’ and killed by characters who have actually done legitimately bad things.

"there’s lesbians in it"FelieParticipantIf that’s Kristoff, then why didn’t Elsa accompany him? The promo shows Rumpel and Anna engaging eachother in what appears to be the same place. My guess is Rumpel used Anna to retrieve the hat box thing for him. She did it but refused to give it to him. So he posed as Kristoff to get it from her but she recognized him either by the way he kissed her or by Sven’s (loud) reaction toward him. They engage in battle where Rump tells her the only way she can get what she wants is to kill him and he ends up trapping her in the hat thing… I am so calling it now. Who wants to bet me some cookies?
100% sure that your idea is better than what the actual episode will entail XD

"there’s lesbians in it"FelieParticipantJust a thought crossing my mind, if the Snow Queen was in our world during the first Dark Curse, knowing things, while everybody else was stuck without memory in Storybrooke for years: Was it perhaps the Snow Queen sending August to talk Neal into leaving Emma? Was it the Snow Queen who made sure, that Henry came to Maine, Pan just trying to butt in, his agents came too late, didn’t they.
Oh I would love it if she were his secret agent… like a Charlie’s Angels type thing XD
Rumple’s Angel has a nice ring to it, no?
But payday has come and Rumple now has to deliver on whatever promise he made her. Now that would be 100000000000000000% better than any jilted lover storyline.

"there’s lesbians in it"FelieParticipantThis episode looks like it’s going to be really aesthetically pleasing – the costume department has done a beautiful job… then again when don’t they (we won’t mention Zelena. Nope. Never)?
This totally looks like one of those scenes from a teen movie where the girl’s parents harass her and the date for a photo (and obligatory dad-warning) before a prom.
Elsa looks just as awestruck as Emma’s parents, how cute.
I also have a feeling that that isn’t Kristoff, either that or he’s playing along with Rumple to keep Anna safe. He certainly doesn’t seem too pleased about something.
Also, I don’t think this whole ‘let’s blackmail the Dark One’ thing is going to end too well for Hook… Oh well 😀

"there’s lesbians in it"FelieParticipantYeesh! Not another familial connection please!
I doubt she’ll be connected to anyone besides Anna and the Dairy Queen. If she IS Snow’s cousin though then they need to start importing new blood from our world into the Magical World in order to stop them from genetically becoming the human equivalent of pugs… I mean seriously! They can’t even be from another continent without blood connections?
Although, they are royals, so it would make sense to be connected to each other I guess.
If it was true then the DQ would be Emma’s aunt too? Which may explain her wanting to protect Emma…
"so there’s this new show….."
"there’s lesbians in it"FelieParticipantHmm… is it possible that the reason the Ice Queen has only just come forward is because she wants a family? As in she sees Elsa (and maybe Emma?) as a way to belong, and is trying to isolate Elsa so she can have her all to herself. Maybe she never would have come out of the woodwork at all if Elsa hadn’t have come to SB?
#AllYouNeedIsLove (even if the way you go about obtaining it is a little unhinged…)
"so there’s this new show….."
"there’s lesbians in it"FelieParticipantWell, the Snow Queen had to come to SB at some point, perhaps she was forced to abandon Emma by Rumple and come (back?) to SB.
It could have been part of a deal that she would ensure Emma was properly looked after for the first three years.
Whatever the circumstances I’m convinced that there’s no way you can raise a child for three years and not come to love her. So I think the Snow Queen, at least on some level, still loves Emma.
Babies change lives, even when they’re not your own (speaking as an auntie) – they just change things and make you… not the same as before. I hope the writers don’t overlook this fact.
"so there’s this new show….."
"there’s lesbians in it"FelieParticipantOh ding ding ding. Yeah Blondie is lying
This show is blondie central XD
How many have we got on main cast this season? 3?
*Emma
*Dairy Queen
*Elsa
In my opinion #WeNeedMoreGingers XD
(I love blonds btw, this is just a mickey-take)
"so there’s this new show….."
"there’s lesbians in it"FelieParticipantPerhaps Elsa’s entrapment was a way to sever Anna’s deal with the Dark One. Maybe Elsa willingly went into the urn/ordered Anna to put her in, in exchange for whatever Anna promised the Rumple in their deal.
Alternatively, Elsa could have been told that Anna had died (a lie by the Snow Queen?) and had her memories of Anna’s death wiped to stop the pain of her grief, and was put in the urn by the Snow Queen later to fulfill a deal with Rumple.
The story could literally go anywhere right now, I’m so excited by this new season – a complete turnaround from last season imo.
