I agree with Mia and a few other people on this forum about David. I thought about that as I was getting ready for bed. Maybe David was having a moment from when he was Charming. This must mean that Emma is really breaking the hold on the curse and Regina is fighting to keep things the way she wants them. And that is why Dr. Whale suggested therapy, to get him back on track with the curse!

I originally thought that Regina did something to David, making him have the lapses, which would then make him look guilty. He would, in turn, feel that he did something to Katherine. I was blown away with how they switched it around at the end.
