I’d be down with such a taco truck. I do wonder about that and if he, like Meaghan before him, was unhappy because he was told one thing (there is no way you can get me to believe this is what A&E pitched him way back when they offered him this role), things changed and it ended up being something different entirely. This whole thing as brought out the conspiracy theorist in me because everything surrounding it both in show and out is so bizarre. Nothing makes any sense. I don’t think its deadened by faith in tv storytelling altogether but it definitely has killed any faith I had in this particular show. I gave it a lot of slack before Quiet Minds and now I’m done. I have a million and one issues and on some days the whole thing with Neal is only the tip of the iceberg.

The entire thing reeks of something but I’ve become so disenchanted I expect nothing but the worst from this show at this point. This death was just the last thing on a long laundry list of issues for me that have been growing since the back half of S2. Wish I had the hope some of you have but I’m too pessimistic and too afraid. Lol.
I’m a big lurker but I wanted to pop out of the woodwork and say hi. Aside from my little corner of Tumblr this is one of the few Neal and Swanfire friendly places. I don’t dare venture elsewhere right now. I’m as disillusioned with the show after Quiet Minds as many of you are. There is an itty bitty part of me that hopes maybe its not permanent but that would involve even more redundancy and shoddy writing. Not to mention I just don’t trust the two trolls at the helm of this show any further than I can throw them, which is not at all. I don’t even think a fakeout could gain back my viewership. Something is certainly off in all of this but I don’t think we’ll ever know. I guess it all boils down to pandering to a small part of the viewing audience.
