GaultheriaParticipant
I like to run episode titles through The Internet Anagram Server. Long titles like “The Song In Your Heart” take a while, but it’s worth it:
“A Greenish Runty Hoot”
“Reheat Stingy Honour”
“Shogun Irony Theatre”My favourite anagram was from “Last Rites”, but then my sense of humour isn’t all that sophisticated.

GaultheriaParticipantIf the bluebirds are flying, then they aren’t on my shoulder. Sounds like it won’t be a wonderful day.

GaultheriaParticipantI am watching the GREAT ??? BAKE OFF
I like that show; I’ve mostly watched the British version. Is that where the phrase “soggy bottoms” got started?
I’ve been watching A Place to Call Home, an Australian <del>soap opera</del> drama set in the 1950s. It’s about a strong-willed blond woman who comes to a small town and clashes with the town’s scheming matriarch. I’ve been playing “spot the parallels”. I thought Elizabeth was this show’s Regina, but then Regina arrived, and she’s even more like Regina (driven by passion and impulse, compared to Elizabeth’s Machiavellian stoicism), so I suppose Elizabeth is really Cora.
I’ve just finished watching the first episode of season 2, and yeah, I guessed right about that thing that happened last time.

GaultheriaParticipantInteresting… I though Isaac died.

GaultheriaParticipantThe Proclaimers’ “I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)” would be a great reconciliation song for Rumpel and Belle.
On a more likely note, maybe they’ve decided to do the Orpheus story after all.

GaultheriaParticipantI have never been in favor of this idea. Here’s why: musical episodes on a non-musical TV show take a certain kind of genius. A Joss Whedon level genius, you might say. Joss took a huge chunk of the 6th season of Buffy off in order to write, compose, rehearse and plan the musical episode. And it was (pardon the pun) pitch perfect.
Another reason for the success of the Buffy musical was that the characters and their problems and relationships still mattered so much to the audience. I get the impression that even hardcore fans of OUAT are watching the show now at best just for the sake of completeness.

I was thinking maybe Tiger Lily somehow ended up there. It didn’t seem as if the land was occupied outside of Pan and his Lost Boys.
If OUAT was classic Star Trek, we could say that Pan built a wall to shut out all except his devoted followers.

GaultheriaParticipantAdd a space to that title and it foreshadows a death.
“A Wake”, an informal memorial service. No? I think double-meanings make good dramatic titles, and this one suggests an unhappy B-story or maybe even the price of magic for restoring Snow and Charming.

GaultheriaParticipantSo this Tiger Lily is older than most incarnations.
As the relationship between Hook and Emma matures, there needs to be a complication. I fully expect the complication to be Hook’s secret daughter, named after her mom.
