Have you guy ever thought that maybe he would fall for Belle when he arrives to SB? And i wonder if Rumple still immortal and stop aging?

Rumple is hardly her father because based on what we’ve seen so far, he always have a soft spot for children and he is portrayed as a dutiful and loving father type. When he found out Regina locked Belle, he tried to get the wraith kill her, if she is his child, I don’t think he could do that. And from my view, he’s like a father figure for Regina sometimes, I’m pretty sure she and Jefferson are his students, based on the promo photos.
Revenge is a strong word. I think Cora is mad at Regina and may/will teach her a lesson but deep down, she does care for her daughter. Even her method was wrong when killing Daniel and trying to force Regina going her way, she wanted her daughter to be happy. And I don’t think she know that Regina kill Henry Sr.
I never see anyone in this thread including myself put Milah in the same evil line with Cora. But she definitely had a place in “worst mom of the show” list.
Really? She thought what she think was best? She left her young boy to her poor, lame husband to raise him alone while she obviously lived a very good life with Hook. The pirate ship is not a good place for raising a child, but growing up poorness in a village where your father was labeled as a town coward, your mother ran way with another man, and you had to go to the Orge War and died at 14 is better? You watched season 1. If Rumple didn’t become the Dark one, Bae wouldn’t live past 15 years.
But if she took him with her, i think he would at least have a better life. He wouldn’t grow up in poorness, he would survive the 15 years. But did she do it? No. I doubt that she even think that much. She took her lover more important than her own son, she was afraid that make Hook would be displease. Then when she was confronted by Rumple, she said she regretted it. She had 7+ years to come back anytime and brought him with her but she didn’t. She obviously knew that Rumple would came after her, but she let the pirates humiliated him. She must be hiding in the cabin when Rumble begged Hook to return her for the sake of their son. If she was a loving mother, she would think or had a second thought.
Cora is evil. But at least she’s done evil thing for the sake of Regina. She raised her daughter, made the deal with Rumple to keep Regina (original story). She killed Dainel because she want her daughter to be a queen, to live in riches. She cares for Regina! Even it was wrong but she does care about her daughter.
If you compare Milah and Cora on the evil’s scale, Cora is definitely the winner. But Milah and Cora on the “motherly’s love/responsibility” scale? Milah by miles.But uh.. doesn’t the library belong to Rumple too? That’s why he has the key, if so, then he must also be the landlord of her apartment, then she doesn’t have to pay for the rent ha 🙂 I doubt that he takes her payment either. And the clothing, when she briefly broke up with him, I don’t think she came back to his house to gather the clothes, which isn’t hers. And really, what’s the point of breaking up with your bf and want to be independent while everything in town including your work place, apartment,.. are belong to him?
Umm, i just confuse about some things. In the beginning of the eps, did Belle sleep with Gold? And now she’s staying at Granny’s. Which is belong to Rumple, so does she have to pay for the rent? Rumple said Belle doesn’t have anything belong to her. Then after she said goodbye to both Rumple and her father, where did she get the new outfit? I don’t think she borrowed from Ruby, cuz that’s not her style at all. That’s my random thoughts 🙂
Actually, that’s not favor anyone over anyone 🙂 That’s character’s analyzing. And based on what the writers have done, I think they want us to think like that. They want us to be sympathize at Rumple’s character and sort of understanding why did he kill his wife (at least in my logic). Unlike Regina’s case. Do you feel sympathetic toward Regina when she killed her father?
