Just throwing this out there…..considering all the other Dead Zone (Stephen King) nods –

Johnny Smith’s ‘gift’ was considered a dark side.
He had to feircely defend his way of life (visions of the future/past) repeatedly – when no one believed in him.

Among other DZ eps titles having to do with OUAT, there is one titled “The Outsider”

I like your thought – Henry ran off and Neal and Emma are chasing him.
Neal ‘ran’ from Emma once, I hope he regretted it, and hope he wouldn’t run again.

As far as Regina letting Henry go with Emma, I don’t see that, nor do I see Emma allowing Henry to tag along on such a trip.

If anything, I think it will be a case of Henry stowing away in Emma’s car….wouldn’t be the first time 😉

If Bae hadn’t left, Rumple wouldn’t have needed the Dark Curse to be cast in the first place.

The whole reason for the curse was to find Bae.

Rumple holding Bae’s heart to control him would’ve prevented him from leaving and cancel out the reason for enacting the Dark Curse.

‘Married Guy’ could be anyone…I’m sure she had relationships after Neal.
I do agree, Neal is not the married guy she was talking about.

And the married man Emma was referring to could have been Ryan.
She mentions his wife to him on their ‘date’.

Bae is more like his father than he realizes.

When he had no options, his back was against the wall, he turned to magic, just like his father did.

He did it out of love, to save his family, again, just like his father did.

He gave up his world for the next.

If he is PP (which, I think he is), and traveled between wrolds (using magic) –

“All magic comes with a price.”

If Neal is Bae (and I think he is), maybe losing Emma (and ultimately, Henry) was his price.

If Rumple had taken Bae’s heart and controlled him, Bae would’ve never left in the first place.
Plus, Rumple didn’t take Belle’s heart to control her, when he could’ve.
