Do we really know if Tamara and Owen is working for PP, or is PP working for someone else and Tamara/Owen works for the same person/s that PP does ❓

I think PP is helping someone else personally or you can say working for someone else. Because of that quote on the beach “That isn’t the boy that HE is looking for”

Let’s do a quick update of what we know:

1) We know Felix isn’t PP
2) We know Bae isn’t PP
3) We haven’t met PP yet, PP has to be older then Felix because Felix is an older boy not 16 but 26
4) Hook seems to be scared of him, and Rumble so therefore Rumble must have met him some time or another
5) We assume the shadow is PP. Note: This hasn’t really been confirmed to my knowledge
6) The boy they are looking for is Henry
