I think you are right Owen typed they list got the paper from Granny’s dinner since it is the same place where he stays. Greg used August typewriter, and was trying to past the note to Tamara but Emma got it instead.
Since we didn’t see the full list maybe it just had the few names on it instead of the whole town.

Oh, that is right August did have a typewriter good idea. Why would Regina put her name on the list then if you think Gold wouldn’t put his name on it? ❓
Someone should just add to just one page so it would be easier to follow perhaps the 1st page like the spoiliers are now.
Where in the world would Tamara get a machine to type like that let alone give it to a Pirate who is one handed good grief Hook would pass away from old age if he had to type the list.
Why would Regina want Greg and Tamera to have a list of people in town, Regina is already suspicious of Greg as it is 😕
But how could he type up the list this is a paper receipt like you get at a store? Both Regina and Gold’s name is on the list and like I said Hook doesn’t know the BF is the nun. They put him in the tower to prove to him the Gold was still alive and perhaps it is now their new meeting place because they can’t meet at the hotel people would get suspicicious of them especially with Hook being around now.
Why would it be Hook’s list he only knows Snow/PC, Emma and Henry and of course Gold and Regina but not the BF etc. Gold and Regina would need a detail list for the curse.
Ok, my theory is still this:
Greg/Tamara need Hook for his ship in exchange for helping him kill Rumble, but instead the capture Regina and torture her about Greg’s father but they find out about the beans and take Regina’s beans they also take Henry just in case Regina was lying about Henry’s father and to pay Regina back at little.
Hook goes to Regina and I still think she can’t pick the beans maybe because of what the BF did and gives the beans to Regina. Regina now has the beans but doesn’t need Hook so she double crosses Hook then which is where Hooks takes Regina to G/T,
I don’t think Robin Hood is in this episode buy could be wrong on that.
That list has to be Regina’s or Golds because it is on a receipt that is made by a caluator or something else that is old and again Gold collects things.
