There were symbols on all of Rumple’s potions in S1 Heart of Darkness.
Victor Frankenstein was an alcnemist, which would play nicely with bridging the science/magic theme.

Huge LOST fan 🙂
Watched during it’s original run. Several rewatches since.
Yesterday was 8/15 = “815” lol!
Love all the LOST nods in OUAT!
Anyway, one big difference between Ben and Rumple –
Rumple has a confidence (that verges on cockiness at times) that Ben just didn’t have.
Ben was manipulative, but he never really was in charge.
I hated Ben at first, then he grew on me and I found myself rooting for him.
One of the saddest, most emotional scenes in the whole six seasons was with Keamey and Alex.
I really felt sorry for Ben.

S3 is supposed to remind us of LOST’s S4.
So far, they are going to an Island/NL is an Island.
There are 6 of them on the Jolly Roger/Oceanic 6.
