#MoreBOOMLessGloomMy Swanfire moment for 3.2 is bittersweet, but during this episode we realized that both Neal and Emma were both a lost boy and lost girl, both could hear the cries of the lost children. So that heartbreaking moment of Emma crying over the map showed me how Emma and Neal connected so well with each other and have the same motivations and goals. All they truly want is a home and family. Aww I just want a swanfire-family group hug is that to much to asked. Just one.
This was my favorite 302 moment as well and I still cannot watch that scene with Emma & Snow without getting teary because I can almost hear Neal echoing her comments with his own abandonment issues. They’ve both carried so much sadness, loneliness, and longing for family in their hearts for such a long time that it just breaks your heart all over again if you let yourself think about it too much. 😥
My favorite 303 moment was a tie between Neal hitching a ride on the shadow to Neverland and also the moment when he ran into Felix there and after knocking him out, told him that he wasn’t a boy anymore and he sure has heck wasn’t lost. That showed me that this man is SO ready and willing to fight for his family no matter who he has to go through or what it’s going to take (within reason of course because he is still Neal!)…he was determined to find a way to save them. There was a purpose and a passion in his eyes that we hadn’t really seen much of up to that point and I loved seeing him be so determined and adamant about being there for his family. 😀

I could use some help from you guys. I got a new phone over the weekend and while I have my old SwanFire pic as the background for now, it’s really not proportional to the actual phone so it looks kind of bizarre since you can’t see the entire picture. It’s the pic of Emma hugging Neal with the saying “I’ll Never Stop Fighting for You…Never” posted below it. I think it’s posted about 20 pages back and it was a graphic that someone made on Tumblr (I think). Anyway, I love that pic like WHOA but with it not looking very good as a background, can you guys help me find something else that might work for my phone? I love the bumping noses pic that I have as my user icon here but that is CRAZY big on a phone and also looks kind of odd for a background. Please help me! 😀

#MoreBOOMLessGloomAlright I won’t lie. I am not so subtly stealing this from our CSers (waves) Favorite SwanFire moment from 301? Mine is Neal directing the globe to see Emma using the power of his love. To me it basically screamed that they were true love and connected across realms. No matter what, he could find her.

While I also love the globe moment, I think my absolute favorite moment was Neal’s speech to Mulan when he talked about how leaving Emma was the biggest regret of his life. He talked about when you love someone you can’t keep it inside and Mulan’s comment back to him about how he let his fear of rejection overpower his love for Emma was very powerful too. It was such an amazing scene and I could feel Neal’s regret at not making the right choices when he had the chance.

I agree that Neal is here to stay whether those other folks like it or not. They had the perfect chance to kill him off last season when he went through the portal if they really wanted him gone but they didn’t and now, IMO, Nealfire is going to be a bigger part of this universe and family. His character is much bigger than the Triangle of Doom too and they just need to take a chill pill and deal with it. I have no patience today so I say this with love to those other people….SUCK IT UP. 😉
