ParticipantFirst off, welcome back Macy! Nice to see you posting again and I’m gonna be honest with you…if your theory starts coming true with this crap show, that would be enough to get me watching again because I found that entire scenario completely fascinating and it would definitely be a bold storytelling choice. Thanks for sharing the theory with us! š
I have no words for how annoyed I was at that Emma image when it was posted last night. It went up right as I was heading to bed so I saw it and ended up ranting on Twitter about it before going to sleep (without really explaining myself either so I’m sure I had a few followers who were like WTH Heather, LOL). I feel like they’re just trying to twist the knife a littleĀ further into all the SF fans hearts by using their most important symbol for Emma’s poster. I wonder if they really are using these symbols of things they have to ‘let go’ of this year and if they are, it might actually allow me to fully let go of this show. Getting rid of all those things and what most of them represent will completely and totally change this show into something I really don’t want to watch anymore. Those things are all important symbols of who these characters have been for the last three years and getting rid ofĀ them changes the peopleĀ into characters that I just don’t care about anymore. I all ready don’t care nearly as much as I have in the past so this would totally do me in as a fan. Quite frankly though, I don’t think the ABC art and promo department is smart enough to pull off something like that so I think they just randomly found ‘good’ images for each character and threw them together without thinking much about it. Come on, have they ever shown good taste in the past?! Seriously guys, this is ABC we’re talking about here. š
Lastly, MRJ posted a picture before heading to his set in Boston this morning and I will now be having nightmares all day because it’s a scary clown picture….RG, DON’T LOOK DIRECTLY AT IT!!! š

Screw all the negativity….MRJ PICS! MRJ PICS!!!!! SO EXCITEDĀ for the MRJ pics!! The eyes, the AWESOME hair, the amazing smile….it’s like Christmas in September. Pardon me while I go drool in the corner. š

ParticipantLove that saying Rainbow. <3
RG:
I had a similar thought when I saw that randomĀ commentĀ from the EW spoiler room (and it’s about time they did more with Emma’s backstory….too badĀ it’s too late for me to actually care anymore)Ā but seriously, I’ve followed Natalie Abrams for a long time on Twitter and she barely talked about him at ALL when she was covering OUAT at TV Guide. What brought that on today? It’s totally random and out of the blue for her, and don’t get me started on theĀ a**hat commentsĀ that have all ready been postedĀ from the CS tools about how much they hate Neal.Ā š®

ParticipantI have to interrupt the thread today for a real life thing. It’s been 13 years since thousands lost their lives in NYC, PA, and DC and I still remember where I was, what I was doing, and how I felt that day. My heart still breaks for all the people personally affected by 9-11 and hopefully it’s okay if I just leave these here for us today. Hug everyone you love because you just never know. š #NeverForget #NYPD #NYFD #Pentagon #Shanksville #Remember

ParticipantItās an infestation of yellow Bugs!
On a similar note, Iāve been doing some window shopping for clothes on ebay recently and came across a tee with a (heart shaped) dream catcher on it and sat staring mournfully at it for some time before sticking it on my watch list. Havenāt decided yet if Iām enough of a masochist to buy it or not.
You know, I have a little dream catcher hanging on my wall now at home and it doesn’t make me quite as sad anymore. Obviously I’m still sad that SF is gone and will always miss them, butĀ now the dream catcherĀ reminds me more of the awesome friends I’ve made because of this fandom and I wouldn’t trade that for anything. I say buy the shirt and enjoy it. š

ParticipantMiss you all terribly and think of you often!! Hate that I canāt deal with the show enough to hang out anymoreā¦
I went to go back to my car at the zoo last week and found this at the end of my row. What you canāt see in the photo is the one thatās behind me. It made me think of you all and I had to share!
Awww, there are two yellow bugs in that picture! š (Miss you too but glad you’ve been able to visit the ranch at times!)
Happy Wednesday y’all. Guess what day it is??! š

ParticipantGreat writing as always but I feel totally privileged and honored that I’m one of a handful of people who knows how you really feel about this show, LOL š

ParticipantThat film was done about Winston Churchill, who was by all accounts an amazing leader during WWII. I wonder which role MRJ will play in it, whether heād be in a starring or supporting role. As an actor, it must be cool to star in epic wartime films and mini series. I love historic dramas about interesting time periods.
Finest hours is based on a book, that was based in a real thing, is a Drama: http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=122756&utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
On the night of February 18, 1952, during one of the worst winter storms that New England has ever seen, two oil tankers just off the shore of Cape Cod were torn in half by the force of the storm. This middle-grade adaptation of an adult nonfiction book tells the story of the shipwreck and a harrowing Coast Guard rescue when four men in a tiny lifeboat overcame insurmountable odds and saved more than 30 stranded sailors. This is a fast-paced, uplifting story that puts young readers in the middle of the action. Itās a gripping story of heroism and survival with the same intensity as the bestselling book and movie The Perfect Storm.
http://us.macmillan.com/thefinesthours/michaeljtougias Started filming yesterday and end on december , has Chris pine and casey afleck in lead, i think will be very similar to movie Perfect storm, at least in terms of drama.
Chris Pine andĀ MRJ in the same movie???! SIGN ME UP. š #eyecandy
All that aside this does sound like a phenomenal story and a movie that I’d actually be interested in seeing even if Mikey (and cutie Chris Pine) weren’t in it. I wonder who he’ll be playing although part of me is a little scared that whoever he plays ends up dying in the wreck. He does seem to gravitate towards the dramatic roles and this one will probably have a few casualties due to the nature of the story. Hopefully we hear more about his character soon so I can maybe turn my panic button off for a while, LOLĀ š®
