*marries DSB’s epic post* 😀

Not SwanFire related but one of my best friend’s daughters turned six this past week and her birthday party was yesterday morning. Her kids are all like nieces and nephews to me (three girls and a boy) because I’m an only child and I just have to tell you guys about my favorite little princess. 😀 Her name is Belle (no joke, it’s short for Isabelle!) and she is one of the most adorable children in the world. For whatever reason she has NEVER gotten anything Belle related as a present even though her name is the same as one of the most popular Disney princesses. Well, yesterday she FINALLY got a little Princess Belle outfit to wear from one of her friends! She did a fashion show for us with the outfit and she was rocking the whole thing: yellow dress, a tiara-headband, and even little princess shoes. She looked SO CUTE. I posted a pic of her on my Instagram yesterday if you want to see it. I  hope you guys don’t mind that I shared this story with you! It was such a cute story and I thought we could all use that right now. 😀

I went over to my cousin’s house tonight for our monthly game night and her 2 and 1/2 year old daughter was watching that one Pirate show on Disney Junior…..I’m not even embarrassed to say that I had a very hostile and disgusted reaction towards seeing that junior version of Hook on the TV screen, LOL 😆

*needs therapy* 😉

@Corbin – You might want to remind this tool that just about everyone in the world actually enjoys bagels and consider them a fun food choice (and considering most of the fandom, aside from the rabid CSers who just won’t stop with the hate, actually liked Nealfire as a character overall…..I don’t find this nickname all that bad especially since bagels were the last meal that the SwanFire family had together at Granny’s :() while Hook simply rhymes with CROOK which is just a bad guy who commits crimes and who everyone wants to end up in prison…or worse. I prefer bagels to crooks but maybe that’s just me. 😉

Did anyone here not have a bad experience with their own “Hook”?! I had one too back when I was about 17-18 years old and worked at McDonalds. He was an older guy (maybe late 20s, early 30s…WAY too old for a teenager) and he gave off a slightly creepy vibe even though he wasn’t a horrible guy. I knew that he liked me because he kept doing all these nice things for me when we worked together. I was always nice to him because he wasn’t a mean guy or anything but I was definitely not interested in dating him. I started steering clear of him when I worked with him because he was making me uncomfortable but I never did tell anyone there. The added thing to this story though is that I only worked at nights since I was still in high school so if we had to close together, which were smaller shifts of people so it was harder to avoid him, I tended to get nervous when there weren’t as many people around me late at night. I finally turned down dates with him twice to get it into his head that I wasn’t interested in dating him. I know the second time I unintentionally hurt his feelings but I just didn’t want to go out with a  guy that was kind of creepy looking and way too old for me. I hate to judge on looks like that but he did give off that vibe even though he wasn’t a horrible guy. I didn’t really know that for sure so I had to be cautious. It’s hard for me to watch Hook now going after Emma because I get reminded of that guy who wouldn’t stop bothering me until I finally had to put my foot down. Instead of telling women that saying NO is okay, Once totally did a 180 and made Emma finally break down t his ‘charms’ and start making out with her ‘stalker’. I can’t even describe how disturbing that is for me and this is coming from someone who has only READ about the finale and hasn’t even watched it. I don’t know how the rest of you guys did that without cringing the entire time. Character assassination complete. 😥

Huge *HUGS* to you Corbin. That really sucks. They certainly do know exactly how to rattle us and make us feel even more like crap, don’t they? Sorry you had an unpleasant experience there but total PREACH about what you said because that’s SO TRUE. Neal is still helping Emma even though he’s not physically with her anymore. I’m really proud of you for standing up to the bully. *fist bumps* 🙂

Seriously, our guy is DEAD. Why do some people still feel like they need to gloat, goad, ridicule, bully, laugh at, and demean the SF fandom!? We’re all ready broken hearted because our guy died a stupid, meaningless death, he never really got to be a father to his son, and the love of his life didn’t even want to bring him back when she had the most AMAZING opportunity to do it….good grief, what more do they want????!!! 😥

@Phee – UGH. That’s creepy for sure. You should have pulled a Phoebe and given him a fake number but maybe you can still throw him off this way: “Hello? Who?! I’m sorry you have the wrong number. Who am I? My name is Regina Phalange….no, there’s no “Phee” here. You have the wrong number now go away because I don’t wish to speak to you anymore.” 😉

*really wants Mikey to join Chicago PD next season or at the very least avoid crap network CBS because she doesn’t want to be forced to watch their never ending and annoying procedurals just to get her Mikey fix* 😀

@dontstopbelievin – Wow, all the hugs, cookies, cocoa, and alcohol to you for that incredible post a few pages back. 🙁 That took a lot of guts to share with all of us and I really appreciate you taking the time to write it all out. Thanks for sharing such a big part of you and your feelings both for the show and in your personal life with our little family here. I agree with a few others who have all ready said that a lot of us identify with Emma and/or Neal for various reasons and that’s why the bad things hit us so much harder when they happen. I wish I had better words of comfort for you but just know that I’m always around for some HUGS, a lame joke, or just a shoulder to cry on/person to talk to you if you need me. *HUG TACKLES* 🙂

Since the Graham shoelace was a thing JMo chose, can we therefore assume that the costume department had removed the necklace from Emma’s wardrobe, but JMo chose to keep it around Emma’s wrist? Does any of that make any sense? It kind of says to me that they’re having her move on more substantially now, if she’s wearing the pendant in a much less visible place now. That’s not wrong, but I still wish they had addressed what impact Neal’s death had on her. Le sigh.

Unless someone can confirm if she had the necklaces around her neck again once she was back in SB (still haven’t watched so I have no idea), I think she probably just moved them to her wrist so they wouldn’t mix up with the FT clothes that they had to wear while they were stuck in the EF. I guess you guys will have to wait and see if she keeps the necklaces on her wrist for next season or not but it wouldn’t surprise me if they were gone all together next year. Why bother keeping stuff around from when the show was actually good? *still bitter here* 🙁
