It’s OK Heather, you’re not alone, it’s likely that I won’t be able to tune in to watch a live stream, so you won’t be the only one playing catchup.
True. I guess one good thing for both of us is that we’ll know right away if the finale’s even worth watching since everyone can let us know if we went down towards hopeful MO322 or off to dark and twisty DO322 so we will be better prepared for everything, LOL 😉
BTW-Starting tomorrow, I’m declaring it officially “Michael Raymond-James May” and will be posting a different MRJ picture or montage on Instagram and Tumblr every day for the entire month. The official hashtag is going to be #MRJMay and I am determined to make it catch on. I feel like our fave guy needs way more social media appreciation so I am starting this movement and hoping for you guys to help me out. I’m gonna make a meme icon and everything for it during lunch today and then try to see how many people on each social media site I can get involved with it. LET’S MAKE THIS HAPPEN PEOPLE. 😀

#MoreBOOMLessGloom…a building blew up in Chicago last night?
No, not in real life. On the TV show Chicago Fire last night, a bomb blew up at a hospital and the hour was spent with the firefighters and EMS staff trying to save the victims. It was the first episode of a two parter that concludes tonight on Chicago PD as the cops now have to figure out who set the bomb and if there are any other bombs in the city. My bomb comment was a metaphor to how I feel sometimes emotionally when I think about this show in general, think about the massacre they did to Neal’s character before killing him off, and how much of a hole it leaves in things for me now. Sometimes I just feel dead inside like an explosion happened and took all my emotions out with it. I’m only still watching now because I want to see where they take this story but I will more than likely not be back for S4.
#MoreBOOMLessGloomI’m with RG on this one, Marty. I am trying my darndest to keep some semblance of hope that A&E are telling story in a strange way, that they haven’t totally lost their way. But the hope I have comes from multiple rewatches, heavy heavy shipper goggles, semantics and a significant amount of stubbornness. It also comes from having spent YEARS in a ship where lies were told and built upon and semantics were pushed as far as possible until they gave way to baldfaced lies. I am way more blasé about lying than the average person. I also make no bones about the fact that RG gets 99% of the likelihood that she is right. There’s a reason the tents of optimism and doom are mere feet from each other – we are all working from the same set of facts, having watched the same show and loving the same characters. It takes a lot of gall to wander into a thread, state you hate one of the characters it’s devoted for, and then chastise his fans, who are hurting, for not having faith in writers who are writing crap and KILLED a character who is essential to the core story like he was little more than an annoying fly.
You might have hated Neal, but the rest of us loved him. That’s why we’re here. Please respect that.

I love DSB’s theory like crazy but I’m with Slurp at this point (or at least, on this day since my mood is changing daily right now) in hoping for the best but expecting absolutely nothing. That’s really all we can do after the OOC and insanity of S3B I guess. *shrugs* 🙁

No arguing from me….just being semantical about that one thing (mainly from being a JMo fan and spending half of last year worrying that something was happening to Emma when Jen was in LA so much) which BTW, could have worked in our favor if the two trolls didn’t go off the freaking OOC rails with this entire half season because NO ONE will ever convince me that his death was decided a long time ago. *rages*

Not to get too semantical or anything but honestly, we really DON’T know that he was gone for the entire two weeks they shot the finale. We know he was seen in LA at really random times which IMO, doesn’t mean a lot because JMo was spotted in LA a million times throughout the season and yet Emma has been in every episode. They shoot this show randomly weird at times so really, if you get to the nitty gritty details here, we don’t know anything for sure except for speculation, rumors, random reports from ‘fans’, and the paparazzi who I trust about as much as I do a flying monkey. 😉 (BTW-Me posting this doesn’t mean I totally believe that he’ll be back…just that we shouldn’t trust random reports with regards to anything about this show right now.)

Luna-You are one of my favorite people in the world and I know this show has really hit rock bottom when it takes you down this hard. I’ll sit in that tent with you this weekend eating ice cream, Heads & Tails Oreos, Spam, and downing some amaretto sours and wine coolers (the only alcohol I can really handle, LOL). We’ve got each other! *HUGS* 🙂
