I’m pretty much done now, thank you MRJ for finally putting to rest and for sealing the deal at having me let go of OUAT.
Yeah. I’m with you there. I might watch out of curiosity but my hope and passion for this show died last night and with his amazingly kind words today. I said it before and I’ll say it again…that man is a national treasure and they made a HUGE mistake getting rid of him. I’m glad he can say nice things about the cast/crew but this reeks of JMo leaving House again. She was just as gracious as he’s being right now but the entire story reeks of bad writing and total crap plotting. I can’t believe something like this has now happened with TWO of my favorite actors. 😥

I will absolutely follow his career anywhere it goes from this point on with no reservations what so ever and I’ll even watch his time on True Blood even though I hate vampire shows with every fiber of my being. PLEASE let him return to TV sometime in the very near future. I hate thinking about life without him on my TV every week. 😥

If their favorite died in a character assassinating way, would they be there all, get over it it’s just a show and move on. I understand that some people didn’t like Neal or just didn’t care one way or another but to belittle our feelings and our thoughts because we cared for this character… I just can’t. And it’s not because Neal is dead. It’s HOW he died. If it was done well with a point, with a real reason, like to save his son or Emma and there really was no other way, I can accept that. But this. For a ******* name!!! Really!?! That’s the only possible way to do it?
Yeah. Or trying to categorize me in what stage I’m in?? WTH. Like “when will RG be back to herself.” Omg. What if it was YOUR favorite, huh??? What if it was someone you love?? what if this brought up a lot of personal issues???
Whoa, that is totally uncalled for RG and I am so sorry you had to go through that in chat. What is wrong with some of the people in this fandom?! *HUGS* 😥
I have been totally unproductive today at work. I don’t know how I haven’t broken down and cried under my desk at this point. I’ve been fighting back tears the whole day. 🙁

I am getting very angry over the Twitter silence.
I will try to be in our little chat room this evening for The Voice (and Terriers…I’m watching the pilot tonight hopefully from 7-8 pm) if anyone wants to come by and keep me company. Hopefully I’ve eaten some food and gotten most of this extra emo feeling out of my system by then so I can form coherent thoughts. It would be a REALLY good thing if the Reds win their Opening Day game today because I really need something to cheer about right now.
#MoreBOOMLessGloomUgh, the more I think about this, the more it reminds me of what happened to JMo on House. Her character pretty much became the Neal of that show and she got written off in a horrible way that was way out of character and then when they brought her back later for closure, the entire story changed and it made her character actually look worse. Even worse, from what I’ve read, the creators and other actors all pretty much didn’t talk about her leaving (IIRC, she didn’t even get a goodbye party) so Jen had to handle ALL the backlash by herself. I don’t think she even knew her status with the show for a while because of all the misleads and wrong information that floated around it. I watched it all unfold on DVD so it was easy to just stop watching the DVDs after Jen left but dang, watching that live would have made me stop watching that show too. I hate when good characters get assassinated like that. That could explain Jen’s Twitter silence if she’s remembering her time with House and how she ended up leaving that show. 🙁
BTW-Maybe we could open up the chat room that Laurels made for us a while back to chat about things for a while? We can chat about The Voice, Twizzling, start watching Terriers together, watch Wonderland later this week, Grimm or other shows, knitting/crocheting and other assorted crafts, and any other random things that are much happier than thinking about OUAT and their horrible message. I’m up for it (I don’t want to alienate the other folks in chat because I do like them but I just can’t handle all the OUAT talk right now) and thought you guys might be up for this too. *HUGS*

I just want some closure from someone, ANYONE, at this point and the silence is driving me batty. Just come out and face the music over this and quite frankly, MRJ could come out and say just about anything about this whole mess and I’d still follow him to the ends of the earth and support him no matter what. I just can’t see how this was planned right from the start and I want to know the reasoning behind it because I think we deserve an honest explanation.
MRJ has a movie coming out later this spring called Road to Paloma that looks really good (also stars Jason Mamoa) and I think it opens in late April/early May. I’ll try to find that info and the trailer when I get home later tonight. I know he’s been in some other movies but Terriers is my go to thing right now. I will be watching The Voice later so if I can handle being in chat later, I will be around to chat some but I can’t make any promises at this point. I am severely tired today and may end up going to bed early just so I can let my body heal from this whole mess. I don’t think I got even three hours of sleep last night so I have no clue how I’m still functioning right now! 😮
#MoreBOOMLessGloomI’m binge watching Terriers this week. I refuse to not get my MRJ fix anymore and this is half the reason I joined Netflix to begin with so this is definitely happening for me (probably starting tonight). Can we start a list of all the things MRJ has been in so we can all watch them if we want to? I know a few things that I won’t be watching (True Blood….just no) but I would love to know more about his movies and see his other performances. I think this is going to become my therapy.
The silence is fast becoming too deafening for me and I’m about to go bonkers on something. I’ve left an entire hot dog, half my hamburger, and potato salad on my plate from lunch because I haven’t been able to eat all morning. Why do I get so invested in TV shows?! I swear I have never had a ship actually come together in the end (aside from Mer/Der on GA) so it always breaks my heart. 🙁
#MoreBOOMLessGloomSlurpeez: ITA and MRJ is not the type of person to lead fans on about anything either so those pics and tweets confuse the crap out of me too. WTH are they doing with this whole story? I’m torn between wanting to give MRJ a huge hug (which I would want to do anyway but I feel like they forced him do some of those things to throw off the fans) and wanting to bash A&E over the heads with bricks.
Someone please say something or do an interview….ANYTHING at this point! I don’t care if it’s barely morning on the west coast; WAKE UP and talk to us about this mess! 🙁
We’re having an Opening Day picnic here at work and I can’t even eat my food right now. I wish it was 4:30 PM so I could be on my way home from work right now to hide in my room for the rest of the day.
#MoreBOOMLessGloomMaybe it’s just me but I think they’ve greatly underestimated how upset and angry this death has made the fandom. Even people who weren’t SF shippers or didn’t care for Neal didn’t like the episode last night which is VERY telling about the poor writing and contrived plots that came out of nowhere. Adam running away from Twitter doesn’t surprise me at all because I think he’s reading posts and realizing how much they effed up this story.
BTW-Something big apparently happened on The Walking Dead last night (I don’t watch so I don’t know what it was) but one of the actors has all ready done an interview with TV Line about that episode. If we don’t hear anything from MRJ or heck, the rest of the cast today in some way, shape, or form, I am going to be livid and really upset. Someone say something at this point! Don’t leave us hanging this way. 😥
