Do you guys think Hook knew that Rumple and Neal were in the same body (which is still so weird for me to type)? Those hospital scenes just flashed into my head and I remember how odd and out of place they felt for me. He really does know more than he’s letting on with everyone. Maybe Hook wasn’t calling Neal the villain…maybe he was actually calling Rumple the villain because he knew they were one and the same even if Neal didn’t know it at that time. When Neal jumped up to try to go to Emma to help find his father, maybe that’s when Hook actually saw Neal as Neal again and that’s why he hugged him. He knew what was coming for him and he wasn’t going to keep Neal from finding out the truth and spending that time with Emma. I’m honestly annoyed now if Hook knows all this information and has been keeping it away from everyone else. I don’t know why I’m trying to make sense out of any of those scenes from last night (seriously, the heck with that crappy writing) but that’s one that popped into my head as feeling very WTH-ish to me on my initial viewing.
FWIW: Barbara Barnett’s review is up and she actually thinks Neal is going to be brought back in the finale by them defeating Zelena and breaking this new curse. She was surprisingly not affected by Neal’s death because she’s so adamant that something else is going on. I don’t know what to make of that but I thought it was worth mentioning here.
I am way too tired to function at work and all the insane emotions on top of that are making me a royal mess today. 😥

#MoreBOOMLessGloomThe Twitter silence has now gone from annoying to obnoxious. I can understand the cast maybe not wanting to post anything if this story affected them emotionally too (they all claim they love MRJ as a person so I can see them being upset about him leaving the show). I can even understand MRJ wanting to stay silent for a while. He probably doesn’t know what to say to his fans right now and I can’t blame him for any of that. IMO, he hasn’t done anything wrong but A&E helped write this crap. They need to come out and face the anger and disappointment from the fans. If you can’t stand the heat, then get out of the kitchen and Adam especially needs to grow a pair and take what he gets from the fans. It’s not about shipping anymore…it’s about brutally butchering a character after not giving us many scenes of him for almost three weeks and then writing the most senseless, ridiculous, and UNNECESSARY death in the history of TV. If we don’t see anyone tweet anything all day today I am going to go absolutely crazy.
Bitter party of one…..here I am. I am fighting the urge so hard to tweet Adam a snarky message about ruining my Opening Day with this crappy story. 😥

#MoreBOOMLessGloomRG – Katie is doing all right but I don’t know if she’ll come here today or not. She and I have been chatting via DM on Twitter all morning and she’s exactly like me right now. We feel like something is just off about this whole thing and we both really want to hear from MRJ too. The Twitter silence is driving me crazy today. I need some type of closure or peace about him leaving the show. I will actually be happy if he left because the writing was crappy; I will be extremely upset if he’s leaving because of this cesspool of filth fanbase or if A&E actually thought this was a good story because neither of those makes sense and both make me angry. Right now I feel stuck in a depressed funk that I’m never going to get out of if I don’t get word from SOMEONE about this whole storyline. Did they really just ruin the entire premise of the show in one hour of television last night???! 😥

#MoreBOOMLessGloomAnother random question: When Rumple turned the dagger over to Zelena in the EF scenes to save Neal and he and Neal merged into the same person (I’m assuming that happened then), where did they go? Did I imagine that they just poofed into, well, nothingness in that scene or did that actually happen? That was early in the year that they were in the EF so what was going on with that weird Neal/Rumple combo person for the rest of that year? They were still together when this new curse hit but I want to know what happened in that year. I feel like this episode gave me too many random questions that I fear may never get answered now. WHY DID THEY GIVE ME TOO MANY WEIRD QUESTIONS??!
I am seriously not okay today. I’m alternating between sadness, anger, despair, annoyance, depression, and being absolutely honked off dumbstruck over that episode last night. Why won’t anyone say anything on Twitter?! Why are we not getting confirmation?! WAKE UP WEST COAST.

This is what bugs me the most right now. Where is our closure?! The fact that August of all people actually got a second chance over Neal burns me up inside. Someone high up with the show needs to say SOMETHING on Twitter today or give an interview to Matt so we can process this nightmare and move on in the grieving process.
BTW-I’m with you guys on the half wanting to have hope and half hoping they don’t bring him back because of how craptastic that would be writing wise. I plan to watch the show this weekend just to see how they handle things but after that, it will be a tough sell to get me to watch anything else even as much as I love JMo.

Actually, TV Line reconfirmed what A&E said way back when…that a death was coming and that it would be permanent….no one has actually confirmed MRJ leaving the show (that was in Matt’s words, not A&E’s). I hate the open ended nature of this whole story and the Twitter silence from almost EVERYONE has really made me angry today. I barely slept last night because of this show so they either need to let me have my closure and confirm what we watched last night or they own up to the fact that they might have something else going on because the FANS DESERVE THAT RIGHT NOW. /end rant

#MoreBOOMLessGloomI barely slept last night because I was so upset over this absurd episode last night (don’t get me started on how unhappy and honked off I am that A&E basically ruined me emotionally right before Reds Opening Day…aka, Christmas for me) but it actually made me feel a little better this morning to read that you guys feel the same way as me: Something just seems so OFF about this entire thing and I cannot shake that for anything right now. The Twitter silence from ALL of the main cast members except a handful of them (and Colin’s perky tweet about hoping we all enjoyed the show about did me in last night…took everything I had not to tweet him something really snarky), the silence from MRJ (no goodbye from him?!), the silence from A&E (we could really use some confirmation about this right now….didn’t they confirm all the other deaths that have happened on this show?), and the absolutely horrible writing that left so many things up in the air. I thought of that hand mark too and wondered why they would make it so close to the wraith looking mark if Neal was just going to plop over dead. I still can’t get over the fact that he never got to see Henry. Why would they do that?! Ugh, I hate this feeling that I’m stuck with and I honestly do not know how I am going to get through work today. Thankfully my boss is out of town so I can sneak in here from time to time in case you guys hear anything and for the support system. Part of me really wants some confirmation from someone, ANYONE, that it’s all over so I can grieve and get past it but part of me keeps wondering if they’re being silent for more reasons than we’re supposed to know about right now and we won’t get that confirmation because of #nospoilers.
BTW-Just a report on Katie since I mentioned her here last night: she’s hanging in there but I kid you not, she’s feeling the same way we all are right now, that something is off and she just can’t put her finger on it. I told her to come visit us here when she gets a chance so hopefully she does at some point. She’s hanging in there though, just like the rest of us. 🙁

Random question: How did Neal send that bird with the message to Hook? Did he do that from Storybrooke or from the EF when he was mixed up in Rumple’s body? How would he have done that in SB if he and Rumple were fighting for the same body? That is starting to bother me because I can’t figure out how it makes sense and my brain doesn’t want to work after the worst written episode of any show that I’ve ever seen. *shakes head* 🙁
I really need to sleep but I’m scared to lay down and let my brain totally process everything. I still can’t believe they did this. It actually explains something random to me though from Twitter. Remember that MRJ tweeted out that random message about helping the kids with Duchenne’s and all the FireThieves came together and helped him get enough signatures for that petition. Michael was really emotional after we did that for him and now it just makes me cry so hard because he knew he was leaving the show then and he got an up close and personal look at how much his fans love him and care about the same things as him. I hope he still knows that (especially if this wasn’t him wanting to leave and it really was A&E’s idea of a great story) and holy crap do I love him even more now. He deserves an awesome show of his own where they actually give him stuff to do and he gets to show off his awesome acting chops. LOVE YOU SO MUCH MRJ. 😥
BTW-Anyone else annoyed that Adam hasn’t been on Twitter tonight?! You wrote the big crappy ending…come out and face the music from the upset fans.
