Meh, I hit my 30s a while back and it wasn’t bad at all. You’re only as old as you feel so I think for most of us here, we’re all about 22 right now! 😀 Try being closer to putting that 4 at the front of your age…..that’s where I am right now and it feels more than a little terrifying at times, LOL 😉
@Phee I agree with you on this one. I think BelleFire does something to start the process of saving human!Rumple from whatever abyss he got stuck in but that the WW is the one who finishes the job and in turn, also resurrects the DO curse and uses Rumple for the host again. That makes more sense than his curse not breaking at all after making such an incredible sacrifice for everyone at the end of S3A.I LOVE that GIF set of the Tin Man and Emma. I wonder if they are going to go there with making Neal the Dorothy to Emma’s Tin Man. It sure seems like it but I guess we’ll know more this weekend. JMo didn’t come right out and say that Emma is the Dorothy figure for the show in one of her last interviews and she was vague enough to leave the door open that it was someone else. They could easily be using the same theme of ‘home’ for both of them but in slightly different ways (Neal saving Emma’s heart would be an awesome twist to the original story). And hey, that would mean that Henry still gets to be Toto!!! 😉

#MoreBOOMLessGloomI guess I’m confused about the dagger situation. I was under the impression that when he took dear ole dad down with him that he broke the DO curse. Is it possible that he’s not the DO but is entertaining her and making her think that she’s in control when in reality he’s taking advantage of her trying to take advantage of him? Did I miss something somewhere that would disprove this completely?
Interesting thought and that could very well be but his name was still on the dagger in the last episode so unless he’s enchanted it somehow with his own name, somehow that DO curse is still in effect. Personally, I think they’ve got their work cut out for them in explaining how his sacrifice didn’t break that curse in “Going Home”. How could it still be in effect after what he did for everyone?! No clue. I think we’re gonna be in the dark for a bit about the real status of the DO curse. My guess is somehow it’s still in effect unless this weekend’s episode tells us otherwise which is entirely possible knowing how A&E like to toy with us, LOL 😉

Ah hubris. It gets them in the end. I have been wondering if Rumple has any measure of self awareness and free will and is managing to evade Zelena’s mind control. If Zelena thinks she has all the pieces and doesn’t ask the right questions, then it’s possible she goes into battle not fully aware. And then maybe your theory could really play out!!
I feel like she’s very cocky, like she thinks she has all the answers but in reality she’s missing a few key pieces, and that could end up being her downfall in the end. We’ve never really seen Rumple being controlled by anyone else since he’s always had the dagger so this should be interesting to see how it works with him not being in control of himself and Zelena having his dagger. Did the first Dark One that we met back in Season One have self awareness before Rumple became the new DO? We may have to watch that episode again at some point this weekend. 😉

HA! I guess they’d have to get trapped by Zelena in someone’s kitchen then so Neal could whack her with the frying pan. My head canon has them in that random barn but this can easily be changed to accommodate the use of a frying pan, LOL 😆

As long as Zelena asked the right questions, Rumple would have no choice but to tell her, because she has the Dagger. I do like your crack theory about TeamSF getting one over on Zelena though.

#MoreBOOMLessGloomHmmm, I suddenly have a crack theory in my head regarding Emma’s heart. Emma knows that her heart can’t be taken but does the WW actually know that? I bet she doesn’t since she hasn’t been around this group very long and the only two people who could tell her that fact would be Rumple or Snow (neither of whom would offer that info up to an evil stranger). So now I have this crack idea in my head that Zelena takes Neal’s heart in order to get Emma’s heart for whatever master plan she has cooking up and she gets the two of them cornered when she makes her request to Emma: Give me your heart and I’ll return Neal’s to him so Henry can at least have two parents. Emma agrees but only if Z returns Neal’s heart to him first and then says that Z can TAKE her heart for her plan after she saves Neal (has to be that exact wording). Z returns Neal’s heart to him (cue me sobbing because Neal’s emotions will totally overwhelm him watching the woman he loves sacrifice herself to save him) but when she goes to TAKE Emma’s heart from her, it doesn’t come out, just as Emma thought because NO ONE can actually take Emma’s heart from her (especially if she’s sacrificing herself for someone else…just like she did in the EF when she saved Snow and Cora couldn’t take her heart) and when the WW starts freaking out about how she can’t take Emma’s heart, Neal whacks her over the head with a shovel giving them time to get away. 😀
It might just be a crack theory or just a fun way to whack the WW over the head with a shovel (which is how I feel about her right now, LOL) but hey, it could still work and dang, we’d get ALL kinds of SF feels at the end of it, LOL 😉

I adore that guy’s voice so much and his version of Time After Time is the one that has been giving me SwanFire feels for a long time now. Glad you liked my playlist! I have a few other songs that remind me of SF but they’re more religious type songs and I wasn’t sure if anyone was interested in them. I’ll post those tomorrow if anyone wants them though! We can be biffles! I’d love them, ESPECIALLY if they are religious types. I love pulling underlying morals and all that jazz out of the SF “fairytale”. and I DO love Javier. I was HS classmates with his battle partner Angela, and while I hated to see her go.. I couldn’t root for her when she was battling him, haha!
Oh wow! Small world that you know Angela and I actually remember that battle pretty well. I think I downloaded their song simply because Javier was freaking amazing on it, LOL 😉 (BTW-I think you, me, and KFC should single handedly help bring Javier back to the spotlight because his voice needs to be on my radio like, yesterday! :D)
I will post more songs tomorrow when I get to work and have my MP3 player plugged into my computer. I have a HUGE playlist that I listen to while I’m working and I think most of the other songs that remind me of SF are all in that list right now. It will make posting much easier when the songs are listed right there for me! 😉
RG-I think the exact same thing as you about “Just Give Me a Reason”….it is TOTALLY the SF theme song right now. Anyone else eager to hear the ‘true love’ theme music this weekend for when Neal & Emma are back on our screens together?! 😀
