ParticipantOther couples have won this i think.

ParticipantThey probably did that so they didn’t have to redress the set twice. That makes sense.

ParticipantI hate the idea of Emma losing all the stuff she wears. It is like the writers want to rewrite their characters instead of having them grow and still have history.

ParticipantThe bike might just be a prop for this picture.

ParticipantWhy would Zelena want the Underworld to look like Storybrooke? Why not OZ or the Enchanted Forest? That seems random. This show never makes sense though, so why am i looking for logic.

ParticipantI think that is from the 100 party. There was something with Zelena and Hades on the screen.

ParticipantI thought Sean was filming something else too after, so maybe they did a little filming out of order so he could be in the episode and still go film his other thing. That happens.

ParticipantWhy would Rumpel sacrifice himself to save Hook? I imagine everyone will survive the Underworld fine and then the finale will be just about setting up Season 6.

ParticipantIt seems that different actors on ONCE put different amounts of effort into keeping themselves disassociated from the characters they’re playing, and squish in the bud any comparison between themselves and their character. RC I think is at one extreme of the spectrum, and JMo is at the other. In every interview I remember seeing or reading, it’s very clear that RC is keeping a lot of distance from Rumple, the writing, and to some degree the show (i.e.”the money is good” sort of comment). I think Lana is similar, and this might have something to do with them playing quasi-villains. JMo, though, seems to identify with Emma a lot more, at least in how she’s presenting herself in interviews, so I think some of this flip flopping on CS has to do with her habit of talking about her portrayal of Emma with this greater degree of self-identification — and it doesn’t help when the audience squeals over “real life” JMo and Colin, which only encourages this conflation.
I don’t know about this. I don’t think Jennifer identifies with Emma at all personally. She was asked a question like that many years ago and she pretty much said no, i grew up with good parents who were supportive and all that. I think it is more that for Jennifer to act a character she has to create a backstory. She needs to know where the character is coming from. I think that is why she has done all this research and has an elaborate head canon backstory about Emma being abused. Something she references in interviews from time to time, but has never actually shown up in the show. I also think that is why she doesn’t come up to the fans as much as some of the other actors. Jennifer has to get into a certain head space to act.
I think the problem is that Emma dating Hook does not work for how she views Emma as a character. It isn’t something Emma would do and is out of character, so she just discusses it as it is being written. She didn’t write it, but that is how it is now.

ParticipantI hate how all of the minor characters never change their clothes. It just makes the show seem B level to me. It is like Henry with his coat and scarf. Clearly Henry has grown two feet, he has a new coat. He can wear something different.
