Wait, why would Rumpel ran away from battle and then kill his wife? And Rumpel was never accused of killing his wife. So, how could he confirm or deny it? That’s just your own personal speculation.
Riiiight. The speculation part was that he killed his wife. All the rest of it was said in the episode. And Rumpel did not deny any of it. Hopefully that makes sense to you now since it didn’t before. And i agree that the wife is most likely dead since i am speculating that he killed her.

ParticipantYeah. Right. I knew that they were all wearing the same outfits in a lot of them. They were cool, but like you said featurettes not podcasts.

ParticipantI think that Rumpel came home after he ran off and everyone died in the battle. And his wife left him. And he killed her. And took Bae. And Bae may be his child or not. Because Rumpel never denied any of those accusations when they were thrown at him.

ParticipantAugust and Geppetto probably reunite in Ep 2 since there were those pictures of Geppetto holding a sign where he was looking for Pinocchio. That is if that doesn’t get cut for time.
Thanks Antbee for the link. Turn against their own kind sounds like a fairy to me, but who knows. And you are right that the description is probably suspect, but they do usually have someone turn traitor in shows. It seems very unlikely that it would be Red or Granny to me. They may just mean Jefferson joining and helping Charming. Who knows.

ParticipantI think Cora killed Snow’s mother. Then she set up the whole incident where Snow’s horse would get out of control. And she knew where Regina would be so that she would be there to save young Snow. Which makes you think that she knows about Daniel. She didn’t know that they planned to run away together though. So that is why she killed him.

When Emma steps out of her car upon first arriving in Storybrooke, there is a short on the power line in the background just as she slams the car door (you can see a picture of it at http://www.onceuponatimespace.com/pilotComment.html ). It was such a noticeable special effects shot I still wonder why they put it in. I don’t think it was ever explained during the season. Did they just add it for a dramatic effect to accompany the door slam or will it turn out to have some significance? I’m guessing it must be there for a reason. What does everyone else think?
I think that was them showing that Emma was effecting things. And i think Emma should have magic, so maybe because she was angry it caused that to happen physically. There are a lot of things that Emma does that cause things to happen. Like putting on the badge makes the caves fall in. Emma taking the key from Granny makes the clock move. Emma saying her name in front of Rumpel lets him get his memory back. And i think that even Emma blowing out the candle on her birthday makes Henry be there.

ParticipantOkay someone a few pages back was talking about one of the characters being a traitor. Was there some sort of news that a character was going to be a traitor? Or was that just an idea that was being bandied around as a possibility?

ParticipantDidn’t they call those chapter things from last season a podcast? And they weren’t really a podcast. I think they taped them all on the same day like half the way through the filming.

ParticipantWhere did you get that picture of the little village? When was it taken? Because they are filming Ep 4 right now.

ParticipantAnd i think that for Emma and Snow the difficulty is that they know each other, so when they are in the room together especially alone without people watching them that they would be able to talk. That would be easier for Emma, because that is normal. It is just the whole family thing at large that is going to be too much. And when Emma thinks about the fact, at least at first, that Snow is her mother, that will be too much.
I mean they have both told each other things like about Snow and Whale or what happened with David. It isn’t just Emma that has told Snow things. Actually Snow comes off worse if you think about it, but that was the curse. And it is all extremely awkward, but i think they just have to relearn knowing each other especially because Snow is going to be a little bit different. In some ways she is like Mary Margaret or can be in certain moments, but in other ways she is not like her. Though people change.
And i agree that at first i imagine they are not going to focus on the Emma/Charming relationship at least until something happens where they are forced to interact a bit more. It all depends on what they do in the finale. What sort of danger they are in. If Charming helps with the danger. If he helps protect Henry. There are things that they can do there with Henry that will help the relationship with Emma, but i think at first that will not be a focus.
