I think Ivy flirting with Henry is silly. Ivy seems like more of a villain then she did because she is messing with Ella just for fun. I don’t think she actually cares about Henry. I think the idea that the relationship is with Alice and Drizella seems most likely now.
I still think it is weird that Victoria seems to care about Lucy. She is really her grandmother it seems, in more then name. Ivy thinks that Lucy is now the favorite child in her mother’s life, which does more to suggest that Anastasia was the previous favorite child and that most likely Ivy killed her.
I do think that on one hand we have Alice who knows stuff about Rumpel. She has the chipped cup. She knows who he is. She thinks he was a good man. Then on the other hand, Hook is looking for his daughter and the writers said that Alice is related to multiple people.
I think that it is possible that Rumpel just got confused when he entered the Enchanted Forest 2 and Alice ran into him and Henry went by on his bike. Rumpel thought it was Alice that was supposed to help him, but it was probably Henry. Also, it seemed like Rumpel knew that the curse was going to happen again and made a plan to regain his memories just like he did for the first curse.
It might just be Victoria that did the curse, but i still think it is more likely Alice. It seems like Drizella is more of the villain then either of those characters though, so it might be her even though i think it makes no sense at all for it to be her and for her to still be working for her mother doing things she doesn’t want to do all the time.
Right now Victoria has her memories as does Rumpel. Alice did for a minute but the pills are suppressing it. Lucy does, of course, but we don’t know about Drizella. Everyone else is cursed.
[adrotate group="5"]I, definitely, think that Tremaine is Rapunzel, so it is still possible that Alice is in some weird way their daughter. I do think that is the most obvious and these writers are pretty obvious. They hinted at Alice being related to multiple people and i don’t think they meant Rumpel and Belle.
I really think they are done with Emma and Belle, so i think whatever happens from here on out is going to be about the new characters.
I guess it wouldn’t be necessary for Tremaine to know that Drizella killed Anastasia for this to still work.
Maybe Drizella is Hook’s daughter and Anastasia is Flynn Rider’s daughter. Though maybe this version of Hook is really called Flynn Rider. The Hook fans having been pretending that Emma and Hook were like the Tangled characters for awhile even though there is nothing there.. This would be giving them a version of that with fake Hook. I think all of that is annoying enough to be true. I thought there was something significant about the way Hook introduced himself as Captain Hook and didn’t just say Hook or give his real name.
Though, fake Hook was looking for his daughter in the Enchanted Forest 2 and he knew right where Tremaine and Drizella were, so that doesn’t really fit. If Alice is fake Hook and Tremaine’s older daughter, maybe the body is no longer really the body of the first daughter, but she has already somehow been saved and it is Alice.
I think i am probably making this too complicated though and they are going to keep their storylines in nice little packages. Rumpel has to do with Alice who is either his daughter or mother. Tremaine, Ella, and Drizella, have to do with Anastasia. Hook is Flynn and has a past with Tremaine who is Rapunzel and that was Mother Gothel and they have a daughter. I think Tiana knows Hook, but honestly i think it is bizarre that she knows him because he was pretty old looking yesterday and there is a significant age difference, though i guess it is possible she was a toad for awhile. I didn’t think there was anything romantic in their interaction. Tiana seemed angry with him, but in this show dislike usually means romance, so it is certainly possible that she might be a future romantic partner. It is also possible that Tiana doesn’t know Hook by looking at him, but knew his name and that was why he introduced himself as Captain Hook.
PS. It is a little bizarre because at least ten years have passed since the moment in the past that they started at when Henry and Ella met til now, so a lot could happen in that time. Drizella could have married and had children by that point. Tremaine could be queen by default. There is just no way to know. It seems weird that Tremaine wants anything to do with Lucy, like why. Lucy calls her grandma, so it doesn’t seem like that relationship is completely estranged.
I think that is one of the reasons that them making Tremaine be Rapunzel makes a lot of sense as well because it is pretty likely that they are going to give the villains all the good endings at the expense of the good guys because that is just what this show does.
I think that is it too, but it was bizarre for them to group the royal family and Tremaine together when Tremaine had just murdered a member of the royal family. Though, Tremaine is blaming that murder on Ella, so there is that. I imagine the Resistance members would know that it was Tremaine that killed the prince, but Tremaine wants Drizella to marry the second prince and become a member of the royal family, so i imagine that Tremaine will eventually become the power in the land. She just isn’t right now.
I just think there is a big difference between being diplomatic and what Jennifer does. I think that the other actors promote their nonsense just fine by talking about what is happening on the show and yet are still able to talk about these other relationships in honest ways.
Lana talks about swanqueen and is still able to talk about the relationship with Regina and Robin as well. There are ways to be honest and still be diplomatic. I think that Robert is diplomatic even though he says that killing Neal was a mistake. He isn’t calling the show trash or anything because there are other things he likes about the show like Rumpel and Belle though he also finds that problematic. I just think that the way Jennifer says nothing and tries to push it off on the show does her no favors.
There are ways for her to say i think it would have been interesting to develop Emma and Neal’s relationship or to even talk about how they were true love’s on the show, something she has done in the past, without trash talking the show or trash talking captain swan. There are ways to support the LGBT fandom and talk about how interesting a storyline like swanqueen, something i think is just really out there, would have been without trashing the show. Especially now that it is no longer her job to support the canon.
I think that some actors do this much better because they still talk about the show and the canon and yet are still honest about what they think about their character and what they think about what happens on the show. I don’t think it is alienating to do that. I, also, have a hard time imagining Jennifer Morrison ever wanting to work for a show that was run by Eddy and Adam ever again.
How though? Lady Tremaine and WishRealm Hook didn’t seem to know each other in EF 2.0. You’d think they’d remember each other if they’d had a kid together.
I do think that at this point it makes more sense that Alice is fake Hook’s daughter then anything, though i think it would have been more interesting for her to be Emma’s daughter. Though, now i think that is very unlikely because they seem very done with Emma and the old show.
I do think it makes more sense to keep the storyline with Anastasia with Tremaine and Ella and Drizella. To add Hook into that seems like a bit much especially when he is already somehow connected to Tiana.
Maybe Alice is Rumpel’s mother who looks young because it is convenient for her. His father, Pan, did that for a long time.
I think that Anastasia being fake Hook’s daughter could make sense. They could then have some scene where she wakes up for a moment and gets to talk to Hook because i imagine the writers would think that was emotional even though we don’t care about fake Hook or Anastasia.
That then begs the question of who is Alice. They already have Henry not knowing Lucy and now Hook not knowing his daughter, i think then having Rumpel have another daughter or granddaughter feels like a bit much. Especially since Rumpel has never been a real grandparent. I mean he is supposed to be Henry’s grandfather too.
We will see. I think the next episode will give us a big hint to where we are at with who everyone is because it will be the last Rumpel and Belle episode.
