Kind of hard to gain favor from someone when he tried to stop Charming from telling them what happened. He was saving Charming for Emma. He didn’t expect Charming to toast him. Contrary to some really weird belief Hook didn’t want Emma nor anybody to know that he saved Charming’s life. Just how he never expected Emma would actually kiss him.

What is this about Hook being selfish? Especially this season.

He led them to Neal knowing that it could leave him brokenhearted when he had so much hope.

He backed off for Henry’s sake, giving Neal and Emma a chance.

How was he being selfish in any of the situations. He’s the one that’s making the sacrifices not Neal.

Also I call BS on the people that all of a sudden are now gonna say oh “Hook’s gonna die a true hero” he can finally be redeemed. When just yesterday people were saying how oh he’s never gonna change, he’s always gonna be the selfish pirate.

You know what I call the people whom suddenly have a change of heart, magically now? Complete hypocrites and not to mention, very fake.

Also I personally am not gonna use classic literature(though beautiful literature) as a way to predict how this death will occur.

How about we think of something that is on the show and that could be potential foreshadowing.

Every secret from the cave has come true, except Emma’s. How’s that for chekhov’s gun.

Hook’s secret was that he believed that he would never move on from Milah -> Now believes Emma is his true love.

Snow’s secret was she wants to have a baby -> She’s now pregnant.

Charming’s secret was the dreamshade and he couldn’t give snow the family she wants because he can’t leave Neverland -> He’s cured of dreamshade and now he and Snow are having another baby.

Emma’s secret was she wished Neal was really dead so she won’t be able to feel the pain all over again ->….

That would be a heck of an emotional draw for Emma, she wanted Neal to be dead and it comes true. Yikes talk about angst galore.

Geez dismissed even though what I’m saying is a fact. Every secret from the cave has come true, except Emma’s. That’s not me being full of it or twisting anything. That’s a fact.

Also I saw on the page about how now Graham is about to star in a major motion picture. There’s a reason that many celebrities turned down the role he was given.

He’s gonna star in pretty much a porno with S and M aka 50 Shades of Grey, not really the best movie to start a serious career in Hollywood IMO.

I think that’s very possible. Jamie Dornan, the actor who played the huntsman in S1, knew from the start he was only taking a job for 7 episodes, but the role really put him on the map. Now he’s starring in a big-time movie. I don’t mean to offend anyone, but exactly a year ago from today, Emma called Hook “dead guy of the year” when In the Name of the Brother first aired. I wonder if Colin O’Donoghue signed a 1-year contract knowing his character’s fate in advance. He is a talented actor, and this current fame he’s experiencing could help launch a film career in the US or in England. He would do well in whatever role he pursues.

Well to be fair Emma has also wished Neal was dead… so that’s not really something you can point in Hook’s direction and not the other.

I mean each of the cave confessions has come true.

Hook’s secret was that he didn’t think he’d be capable of letting go of his first love. Now he believes Emma is his true love.

Snow’s secret was she wanted to have another child. Now she’s pregnant.

Charming’s secret was that he couldn’t leave Neverland. He’s now left Neverland and is getting the second chance with Snow at a new child.

Emma’s secret was that she wished Neal was dead so that she wouldn’t have to deal with this pain.

… Nothing’s really happened to full circle Emma’s secret.

So this could potentially be an example of chekhov’s gun. Really eerie when you think about it.

Colin left his band for Once and moved his family to Vancouver and purchased a home. He wouldn’t do that stuff if he was planning on leaving back to Ireland. He did all of this for OUAT.

As far as him playing Captain Hook/Killian Jones, I don’t think he particularly cares about the mythos. He’s even said he likes playing a different take on Hook instead of the original one. His inspiration for Hook didn’t even come from past Hook’s it came from the dreaded Pirate Roberts from The Princess Bride.

Plus the media adores him and he’s like the go to marketing figure of OUAT.

I’m sure he’s perfectly content where he’s at right now.

Sounds like damage control to me. I don’t believe Adam anymore.

Like RG’s said, we honestly don’t know who it will be. Actors change plans after a while, and anything could come up. For example, Two and A Half Men actually fired Charlie Sheen from the show after several Seasons, and he was one of the main three characters. Two and A Half Men has remained on the air, despite this. You never know what will happen, but we can all agree the show will suffer from this. I will say, whoever does bite the bullet, I at least hope they handle their death as best as they can. It’s one thing to kill somebody off, but it’s another to give them a mediocre death.

Yes and now the son isn’t around because the actor became basically a nut job and bashed the show and called it trash. Which it is but still don’t bite the hand that feeds you.

We are Oncers but I think we can all agree that ratings are not gonna be the same no matter which route they go. By killing a character, they will alienate the fanbase and they probably will not watch the show.

It’s gonna be bad no matter whom it is so it looks like it’s gonna be a mighty dark time on OUAT. Especially in the fandom.

She’s not even on set today. https://twitter.com/PHabbo/status/425364655825879040 She doesn’t have scripts so she can’t honestly say what fans should and shouldn’t worry about. What is she going to say, “yeah you’re right to worry that you haven’t seen him much. he’s goig to die”

I’m not saying she was, this was after she posted the message of such and such dying. It happened later on that day. Indicated by the time.
