I’m going to say something, since Hookian posted the last thing This topic is obviously going to be a big one and is going to create waves. I need us all to keep calm though. Remember, this was an acting decision, not a writing one. Nothing to do about character or the past or the actual arc. The actor/actress made the decision. In other words: we have NO idea who it could possibly be.
Where was it implied it was an acting decision? I don’t think the death in 16 is this big one.
This is a lose lose situation for this show, it truly is. They’re not gonna get away with everybody still watching.
[adrotate group="5"]hookianBlockedI can tell this subject is gonna be so sensitive.
They WILL lose fans regardless of the route they go. I am 100% positive on that.

Well we need to remember what hte PA said. The person wants out. It’s not a writing choice. It’s an acting decision.
Then, I can’t imagine Colin would leave. I mean, he left his band and moved his family to Canada for this show. And he seems to really love the role.
And by the same extension, he has a huge fan base now. Bigger and better things, as they say. Dan Steven of Downton Abbey did the same thing. As did Matt Smith of Doctor Who. When you’ve established yourself in smaller roles, you move up. I’mnot trying to start anything. But the fact is we don’t know the inner workings of ANY of the actors minds.
Matt Smith knew that he would have to leave as the Doctor considering he’s the 11th. Different ordeal all together.
Colin gave up everything to be on Once. Band and he moved his family and new born son to Vancouver for this show.
hookianBlockedSo I read it all again and I loved that he said the question is not why Hook. It’s how Hook, and when Hook.
Personally I believe this is in reference to the scene with Hook on the horse and no one else and I think that’s the scene where they decide he’s the one that’s gonna go. It’s not because Neal is injured because Neal looks perfectly fine in that sequence. That’s why they say it’s gonna be quickly revealed.
Another reason why it’s Hook, he loves her. It’s why he clearly looks as happy as he does the first time after he hasn’t seen her in a year, showing that he really did think of her every day. If this was lust, desire, or an infatuation, he didn’t see her for a year that’s plenty of time to move on. I’m NOT saying that Neal does not love her either.
Hook goes in the name of her family but also he goes because he loves her. He tried TLK on her that should say without a shadow of a doubt the severity of his feelings for her and his year away from her.
As for why Neal is not the one to go well I think that goes along with the Charmings finding out what he did to Emma in the past and it probably would not end up well for Neal if he was to go. A kick in the nuts from Emma would probably be the least of his worries.

How? He wasn’t on set for 314.
He was on set the same day they were filming sequences with Rapunzel. So I do think he’s indeed connected to her. There was a past tweet that did not specify whom was on set just that there was a new person and it was during the Rapunzel episode. A couple days later they said Gorham was filming with many people including Rapunzel.
hookianBlockedLoved the spoilers. Thank you it isn’t why Hook came BUT when and how.
I think this goes along with that scene they shot in the EF with all the fairy tale characters and Hook on the horse. Probably that’s when he foes as per how well, maybe some fairy dust along with some other things he used to transcend the realms to get to her.
Why Hook though, well I guess that’s gonna be answered in a flashback as well.
I also loved what he said about things never being easy with Emma. It’s okay though because Hook loves a challenge and he does succeed in the end. Hence the hug and the fact that he, Emma, and Henry get in the bug. Emma would not put Henry in the vicinity of a stranger if she did not remember him. So the lengths that Hook goes to get Emma to believe is probably gonna be interesting.
Called Gorham’s character being connected to Rapunzel, it added up with filming.
There IS a wedding coming up and a baby obviously.
All good spoilers.
hookianBlockedI do remember all those spoilers, but the timeline is still wonky and VCF doesn’t hear dialogue or know context. He only sees what he sees. He has a half picture, in other words. Maybe Hook hugs her thinking that the potion works only to realize that it didn’t. See what I mean? Without context and dialogue, we can take the scene any way. Emma may have memories back when she meets Mystery Man (Hook may be there but he’s not in any of the shots we have, so something is happening between Emma and Mystery Man sans Hook) But there are still pieces to NYC Serenade that need filled in: –when does Emma see the dream catcher? –why is she meeting with Mystery Man –why was she so upset when she was with him? (the pics clearly show her walking away, upset, and him chasing her down and giving her a kiss on the forehead) –I don’t know that we can for sure say she’s in Regina’s when she’s saying “that’s not possible.” In fact in another thread we compared interior shots and we couldn’t come up with a definitive answer. It looks like Regina’s but we also don’t know the whole layout of Emma’s apartment or any other place she could potentially go in NYC EDIT After watching promo many times: 1) Hook says, “your parents are in great danger” and it is clearly night but Emma’s response of “what are you talking about” is not clearly night. It’s much lighter which may mean that they spliced scenes together So when she goes to dinner with Mystery Man she doesn’t have her memories back yet since it’s day time when Hook is released from jail.
Yes the scenes are spliced but not necessarily, in a different order.
My opinion is the scene at the restaurant is one of the last in the episode and that’s when Hook tells Emma like what exactly is going on.WW, parents being a great danger etc.
The park sequence is likely gonna be the first or second attempt of Hook trying to get Emma to remember which ends with Emma saying what are you talking about which leads to the cops and Hook’s arrest.
hookianBlockedhookian wrote: I’m telling you guys some people will do anything to deny that Hook is serious about Emma.
LMAO well if an attempt at TLK can’t convince you he loves her then you’re living in delusional lala land… IMO Let them have their hope I say… we’re all pretty certain here where the story is going lol
I’m also very upset with the way we’re treated on this forum. I mean I get that Captain Swan is the most popular couple on Once going from media websites and social media but that doesn’t give them the right to censor us here.
Unfortunately this place is a safe haven because everywhere else on the forum we get chastised gained up on, and sometimes can’t even share our opinions or facts.
It’s ridiculous. No wonder I rarely go on this forum. It certainly isn’t a very welcomed place for CS fans.
hookianBlockedIt’s so sad when people want this hope for Emma to find out about Neal and Hook’s past and about Milah as well. Which hey she already knows.
I’m telling you guys some people will do anything to deny that Hook is serious about Emma.
hookianBlockedI know I’m beating a dead horse but there is no way to know if the hug is pre-drinking or post-drinking. She simply could have taken the cork out of the bottle. But that’s what I mean by context. *shrug* I’m just glad Emma isn’t going to be memory-less for more than episode.
Vancity gave a description of the scene RG.
Hook walks out of the police station, Emma’s waiting for him.
They talk, he gives her the bottle.
She drinks it and then they hug.
That’s the way the scene is played, if you don’t believe me I can send you the tweets in question.
So yes we do know the order of what happens in the scene.
Also in response to some other posts on here.
The order that you gave RG is wrong. For example you’re timeline of how Hook gets arrested and then Emma meets with Gorham. That is incorrect, Hook is with Emma at the same place that we meet Gorham. In the trailer when Hook says “your parents are in great danger” it’s night time and they’re at a restaurant. There are also confirmation tweets that Hook and Emma were filming at a restaurant. The same one where Gorham and Emma have their scene outside.
Also when Emma says “that’s not possible” she’s in SB looking at a scroll, in Regina’s place.
Also there is confirmation that Hook, Emma, and Henry were filming in a apartment complex for episode 12 so that could suggest that they ALL go to Neal’s place.
