I’ll just add this, it looks as though Henry is in the car with Emma when her car is spinning. I freezed the frame and the little bump on the passenger side looks like a silhouette of Henry, or at least a very short person.
I really hate to burst everyone’s bubble, but… The set people have mentioned in a few interviews (early in the season) that the door was on set/location when they got there and since they liked it they used it. It has no connection to the storyline whatsoever.

apparently it is something that is yet to be revealed (and part of Emma’s character.)

Based on pictures just released from ABC, August is most likely the 7-year old who found Emma and POSSIBLY Pinocchio as well. Can’t wait to find out!!!!!!!

I like the Pinocchio theory myself, but even it’s problematic for two reasons. 1) Regina thought he looked familiar (could be a red herring) and 2) Not until the very last moment was it decided that Emma would go through, originally it was supposed to be Snow and she wouldn’t have needed Pinnochio.
I’m still excited to find out who he is though, quite possibly he’s just the 7 year old who found her. Maybe the 7 year-old (not August, someone we’ve not yet met) is Henry’s father to be revealed at a later date.
EDIT ● Actually, that whole Regina line “He looks familiar” could be a nod to Covert Affairs for which they both appeared. I’m still thinking he’s Pinocchio (until proven wrong.)
