I made a comment about how it would be cool If Once Upon a time pulled a “Final Destination” and had Death actually coming after Marian. While I was kidding, I realize this is totally possible. How? HADES MIGHT RISE TO LAY CLAIM TO HER SOUL
Marian was destined to die, and we know gods/fates exist in OUAT (Ursula, Nyx, the mention of Pegasus) so perhaps Hades realizes he missed a soul and rises from the underworld to claim her back and know what happens? They fall in love and Marian becomes the Queen of the underworld (and Regina gets uber jealous :P) I ship it. Hades+Marian 4EVER!!!Hahaha, Watcher, that’s it, I’m adopting your headcannon and ship!
[adrotate group="5"]Whether it be a ‘relationship’ or just a friend, I’d really like to see Henry more social with kids his age. He is at the age where even with a lot going on, his parents are the last people he’s going to go to. So for him to turn to Emma or Regina, no matter how close or good the relationship is, would just be weird to me.
Maybe he would go to Snowing, but one bad idea resulting in hitting a mailbox isn’t suddenly going to make you the people a kid wants to confide in. Maybe he and Rumple bond…but again, Rumple has a lot going on himself. Maybe he bonds with Robin & Killian? We were shown a bit of Henry with Hook and he seems to think his mother dating Robin Hood is fun, but that’s a little too close to Moms I think. Belle needs friends! But yeah, the whole ‘my husband is a big fat lying liar and just offed someone…again…’ is going to be a lot for her to deal with.
So let’s get this kid some friends already! hahahaha, how awesome would it be to see a bunch of fairy tale couples’ kids ‘rebel’ Storybrooke style??

Yes!!! Colin O’Donoghue & Misha Collins on the same panel? My head just might explode! (If you don’t watch SPN or follow Misha, he is hilarious. A big ol’ goofy, dorky pile of hilarious. And his videos with his son ‘cooking’ are the best.)
Thanks all for the support with my vent! Today is much better! Obisgirl’s update helps – I can hear the ‘fan service’, ‘no one actually loves his character as much as ABC’ blah blah blah – to which I respond SUCK IT! (Rude? Ah, whatevs!)

Haha, yeah, think we’ve gotten the answers we’re going to get about Neal’s death. Whether a viewer agrees it was executed well, or necessary, or bold is up to each person’s interpretation, but we’ve been told a number of times what the writers’ reasoning for it was. What drives me nuts is the inability to be satisfied with answers, or to knee jerk respond – ‘Neal is dead and they’ll never discuss him again’ / ‘how DARE they say that about Neal?’ and ‘I know SQ is fanon but it’s hard when there’s so little action canon couples (I agree with the sentiment wholeheartedly)’ / ‘how DARE they say SQ isn’t canon!’…that’s what drives me nuts. The ‘jumped the shark’ stuff…yeah, no comment.

I guess he is if they want to do the same old, same old. But honestly I think Henry isnt some bratty Teen/kid anymore, who’d get in the way of his mother’s possible love/relationship. Henry has only experienced Emma in a happy relationship once, he knows what Neal did to her now & he knows why Emma is very closed off to ‘relationships’ in general. He loved spending time with Killian, asking to be with him over Grumpy or Snowing, now he has all his memories back, has his 2 mothers (both whom have proven without a shadow of a doubt, that he is their TL), I would be sorely disappointed if A&E had Henry drop back into a whiny little kid again…. & I think a good hint that that wont be the case, was Henry ‘looking at a place for Emma to live “close to the water” After he had his memories back, he wants to live with both his Mum’s & both his Mum’s now have boyfriends (sort-of
), Henry has the “heart of the truest believer,” so innately & wholeheartedly believes in TL & Good winning over evil etc. Plus he’s not blind, I think pretty much everyone in SB knows Killian & Emma ‘have a thing’ for each other Yeah, I don’t think Henry is going to be a problem in CS’ relationship. After they spent so much time getting Emma to understand what the concept of home and family really means, it would be out of character for the ‘Truest Believer’ to suddenly turn his back on his mother and Killy. Henry understands the concept of non-traditional families better than anyone. Yes, he wanted his parents together when he first met Neal – what kid doesn’t immediately think that? But he’s also at an age where he understands that what looks good on paper isn’t always that way in reality. (I remember being Henry’s age and being told my parents were separating – my reaction initially was the expected upset/sadness/anger…followed extremely quickly by ‘thank GOD’) People want to go on and on and on about Emma/Neal/Henry being family and that’s why they belong together etc etc etc…yes, they were family. Biologically. But Neal was around for about a total of 2 weeks before he died…so yes, you can be upset that Henry and Neal didn’t get a chance to be father/son (I am) but I don’t see how Hook is sweeping in and ‘taking Neal’s family’ (yep, saw that comment AGAIN just the other day), because the fact of the matter is, if Neal had wanted that family (or at least Emma) he gave up that chance 1st when he let Emma go to jail (spin it however you want, it’s what happened) and then a 2nd time when he didn’t go to SB after getting August’s postcard AND A 3RD TIME when he fell in love with & planned on spending his life with SOMEONE ELSE!! End. Of. Story. And End. Of. Rant. 🙂
I do stand by my opinion that Emma and Hook will be Emma and Hook’s biggest obstacles. They are so alike yet so different in so many ways, they don’t need Henry or someone else coming in between, they have enough on their plate navigating this relationship.
Oh, just usual ridiculousness. Apparently Hook getting new clothes has to do with Neal, the fact that Jared is on the panel at SDCC has to do with Neal, SQ/CS/SF fighting about what is and is not appropriate to say to the panel at SDCC and the whole rape culture thing making it’s rounds AGAIN…it’s just totally turned me off. I used to be really fascinated about ships – who liked what ship and why, learning about those characters from a different perspective…and it’s just gone. Destroyed. And the more ridiculous the comments get, the more I actually dislike the characters/ships they supposedly support. It’s like, you’re doing yourself absolutely zero favors. I just have to get used to that fact though, consider myself a STAUNCH CS/Hooker and consider anything even remotely approaching controversy (aka – ridiculousness of epic proportions) a no-go zone. Which stinks. But anywho!
You are right, @Bo-Peeps! As always! And now I am done with complaining and on the search for more pretties! I agree. This gifset is necessary. As it says, for science.

Awww and this is so great. I didn’t post the first part, they talk about all the awesomely awesome piratey things our pirate has done because there’s cursing and I’m too lazy to edit it. But it ends with this and I love it!!
Now going back to the Enchanted Forest, his fight with Emma where she knocks him out cold with nothing but a compass to the head. After he saved Aurora’s heart from being lost forever too. He’s a damn good swordsmen but if you watch the fight, he’s more dancing around and defensive fighting. He goes down too easy. He threw the fight. He has the magic bean and knows he can revive it, there’s no reason for him to really fight for that portal and he didn’t want to hurt Emma.
This is later confirmed when Killian tells Emma, “I was there when Cora tried to take your heart, I saw the power inside you.” Woooah wait a second Killian, you were supposed to be “knocked out” during that. He basically admitted that he faked being knocked out. Therefore, never actually trying to hurt her.

<h1>Killian getting new clothes is a natural evolution</h1>
It’s not a huge spoiler but actually Killian getting modern clothes next season is a natural evolution of his persona.He tried going back to being a pirate and it didn’t quite work; he gave up The Jolly Roger for Emma, and in a sense, found a new home with her in last years finale.
So it only makes sense that he shed the last thing that makes him a pirate: his clothes. He’s going to try and figure out how he fits in Emma’s world and one step towards that is changing his clothes.
This is a new phase of his life. And it’s healthy next step, IMO.
I totally agree, Obisgirl! I think this is exactly why we haven’t seen Killian change clothes. He could’ve – even when he got to NY – it wouldn’t have been hard for a pirate to find some kind of clothing to fit in a little better (A&E may have told Colin it’s ok, it’s NY – but if you ask this former New Yorker, he still would’ve stood out all pirated up like that!). But they purposely kept him in his pirate gear because when he changed clothes, it was that final part of his former life that he gave up. So that’s why I want him to keep the style – keep some Hook visibly present – but show that he also wants to adapt to SB, because it’s now his home, too. Was it in this thread or another or someplace else (??) that someone said Hook’s style should be like Robin in the sense that you still see Robin Hood in his SB clothes, as opposed to others affected by the curse. So whoever dresses Robin – dress our pirate, too!
