She called him Killian! Even after Henry remembered, she called him Killian! That made me happy. That’s all I got so far! Information overload!
[adrotate group="5"]Jenna_BParticipantCould’ve RG…still trying to process the ep…that was a LOT of information they threw at us in 60 minutes!
I do like that it was Neal who got the message to Hook. The brotp that could’ve been. Although…birds in the EF must be way wicked smaaaart because I don’t think I could tell a random dove to go find some dude on a boat god knows where and, you know, actually get the birdie to do it…
Jenna_BParticipantRegina believes there’s no way to get a portal back. But that doesn’t make it fact. Regina also didn’t think she could rip Snowing’s heart in half and stick it in two bodies until she did it. And, the portals might not be able to present themselves within the reach of the curse, but as Hook mentioned, he’d been sailing the realms…so other lands may not have the same issues as their kingdom because they weren’t affected by the original curse.
Jenna_BParticipantIt was interesting, I was reading an article somewhere (Maybe EW?) and it was interviewing Kevin Williamson who created Dawson’s Creek. He was talking about making tv in the 90s vs making tv now, and how back then their little website for the show was novel but nothing like what we have today with official websites and unofficial sites and forums and tumblr and twitter…He said now some people hate-watch…and it comes across to the showrunners that do interact with their fans as these people, though entitled to their opinion, seem to only watch certain things to hate it and then spew their hate to anything and everyone. I had never really thought about it in that way, but it does seem to be true for some people. It came out around the same time as the A&E interview where they point out that ‘fan pandering’ doesn’t happen because shows are written months and months before anything hits the screen and viewers give their ‘feedback’. I think it’s good to finally see showrunners really giving their thoughts and opinions on that small but loud faction that have the audacity to think it’s ok to essentially say to someone “this thing you’ve worked incredibly hard on sucks and this is how you should do it even though I know nothing about what you actually do” – while the world watches. It really made me look at the ‘haters’ – of any and all groups – and see how ineffective it is, and just let it roll off my back a little more.
Anywho, I too cannot wait for tonight’s ep! I’ve decided to put less thought into the hows and whys of the curse(s) and just see what they decide to do, so I really have no idea if I think there will or won’t be a TLK and what I’ll think of either option! Of course…that might also be because I had my cousin’s bachelorette last night and am working on about 4 hours of alcohol induced sleep…so if I make it to 8 I’ll be pretty gosh darn excited!!
Jenna_BParticipantHaha that hair meta was hilarious especially the end – ‘you just read a meta about hair. What is wrong with you.’ Once again one of the best things about our ship? We make fun of ourselves…and do it way better than the haters!

Can we expect any more development between Once Upon a Time’s Hook and Emma? Or Regina and Robin Hood? –Charlee
On the Hook/Emma front — specifically, the matter of his damning next kiss – series cocreator Eddy Kitsis points out, “Right now, Emma doesn’t seem so interested in kissing him. So we’ll have to see if that changes.” As for the simmering “OutlawQueen,” he says, “You will see that the only thing standing in their way is Regina’s sister [Zelena], who will test whether or not she has really changed.” Reflecting on Regina’s long road to romance, Kitsis says, “It’s taken 60-some episodes to get to this moment of Regina opening her heart, so we’re gratified the audience came with us on that ride.”I haven’t gotten a chance to get through the last couple of pages, so this is probably already posted…but I say WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THIS A&E!!!
Jenna_BParticipantI think I’ve settled on the idea that Reginaand Snowing cast the curse as a means of protection. Maybe they had enoigh time to basicallly recast it but not enough time to tweak it so they did lose their memories.
I feel like there’s more going dowm with Hook and Neal. I’m not convinced Neal’s memories were gone , more like skewed because he’s sharing a body with dear old dad. It just seemed like Hook and Neal’s conversation had more subtext we just don’t have all of the pieces to understand fully yet.
No wait new theory. Zelena did cast the curse. She needs Snowing’s baby..and other creepy stuff for the master plan…it certainly would be a lot easier to get the ingredients from people when they have no idea what shes planning. The heart…not sure but we definitley don’t have her entire backstory so we may not even have met the person she loves the most’s heart…ok thats the theory I’m stickong to!!!
Jenna_BParticipantHook knows something and not just about the JR events and Z’s kissy curse…I just can’t figure out what….I don’t think it’s anything horrendous he just seems…I don’t know a little off.
I really like the idea of Regina, Hook and Snowing all being involved in the recast…the 4(plus Emma of course) are really solidfying as the core team and are fun to watch work together. So I could see them coming together to try to figure something out…or R/Snowing trying to come up with a plan and getting word to Hook with just enough info to get it out in time for the recast because they KNOW he’ll stop at nothing to get to Emma if she’s in trouble. So….because I lime the idea that’s not happening! Haha. But that’s ok I usually still really like whatever A&E throw at us, plotholes and retcons and all.
Jenna_BParticipantTemptation.
Excuse me while I cry a little
A little more of the conversation….collective ‘awwwww’ can begin.
Jenna_BParticipantI’m coming around to this Hook cast the curse theory…but like the idea of it being a collective agreement between the major players.
Sarah at this point Hook is probably the safest – he’s not getting killed off. 1) A&E wanted Hook forever, and it wasn’t easy to finally get the rights. 2) ABC has crazy love for Hook. He is the OUAT poster boy. They aren’t about to let A&E kill Hook off…and yes if the networks says it’s not happening then it’s not happening. These reasons, in addition to the fact that he’s integral to the story, are why I knew he wasn’t a viable contender for a/the death.
