Captain Swan AU: Hook gave the book to Henry with the hope that the boy could make her believe. Henry gives the book to his mom with the words: “He said your story is written in this book.” When she opens it, she sees the pictures of her and the stranger, moments she can’t remember but something deep inside of her screams that it’s true. 
AHHHHHH!! The feels, the feels! I saw somewhere today only 2.5 weeks….well when you count weeks and not days it seems so.much shorter! Ok, time to tone down the excitement Jenna (Especially considering I’m in the waiting room at the dentist’s and just got.tossed the ‘weirdo’ look)…!!! Thanks for this one SK!
[adrotate group="5"]You know what’s also awesome about Emma having a boyfriend in her fake life, is that she can still find happiness after Neal. I cannot stand this argument that Neal makes her happy because there has been very little evidence as of late and in season two (present time), that Neal made Emma happy. She was mostly wary of him when he came back post-Manhattan. She wished that he was dead, so she could move on with her life. I agree, that Emma giving up Henry is probably what ruined her, more so than Neal leaving her. Now that I think about it, she probably thought how I can care for this baby when I was never loved? That’s a horrible thought to have as a new mother..
Exactly, @Obisgirl! I just don’t understand the whole “she said she loved him when he fell through the portal” argument. Of course she did, she was so completely full of emotion and stress and she thought he was dying. Her words after he was found alive must then hold just as much weight – “I wished you were dead,” “sorry, but that’s how I feel”…not exactly ‘let’s get back together, forget the 11 years we haven’t seen each other’. And of course, when you love someone, a little part of you is always going to care or even love them, it doesn’t mean you want to be with them.
So, anyway, the boyfriend thing shouldn’t be too much of an obstacle for our OTP. What can he possibly have that our pirate doesn’t?
And ok, can someone shed some light on this one? Ok, I get Emma decorating the apt with things that subconsciously remind her of SB and her family/past, but she doesn’t look at her arm at some point and say ‘why am I wearing a dirty bootlace on my wrist?!’ I mean, it’s kind of icky when you take away the sentimental value…the things that bother you at 6:45am… 🙂

Okay I know some of you are upset by Walsh being Emma’s boyfriend. I have said/felt that was the case from the beginning, so I guess that is why I am fine with it. But think of what it means. If she is in a relationship with someone and he is a ‘big’ part of her life, that means that it wasn’t Neal leaving her that broke her, it was giving up Henry. Which to me means that the feelings she had for Neal really weren’t that hard to get over. It was the issue that she gave up Henry because she didn’t think she had anything to offer him that completed her heart break back then.
However once she has her memories back, i think she is going to be crushed. She is going to see just how much she gave up not keeping Henry. It is going to put a bigger divide between her and Neal honestly. She is going to be that much angrier at him, for what he took from her. If he had just left and she hadn’t gone to jail then she would have kept Henry.
And her false memories will most likely make her more open to a full on relationship with Hook. Because she will remember that she was starting to fall for him, and because of her false memories (they will be a part of her going forward) she will be open to it.
I don’t know, I just really feel like all of this just sets up Captain Swan even more. And pushes any other potential relationships away.
Oh my goodness is the twitter stalker back at it with a new handle? If so, that isone seriously disturbed person…

Haha, @CE, spoilers & pics are awesome, but they’re never quite awesome enough until I’ve seen your commentary. It just adds that extra fun.
I cannot wait to see Hook’s ‘mis’-adventures in NY! When I was living there, I saw a guy walking down the street with his cat on his head, and another guy running down the street covered head to toe in bubble wrap secured with police line ‘caution’ ribbon. No lie. So he might fit in fine…until he opens his mouth…

I really do love this bromance, it’s emerging as one of my favorite relationships on the show. I do believe they’ll give us lots of great CS, but if they decide to go another route – I know bite my tongue – then I’m glad they’re showing us some quality friendships that will ease the pain! Some of my favorite scenes in 3×11 were when they showed Neal & Hook being mature and making some baby steps toward salvaging their bond in the diner, & Neal, Charming and Hook could work together when needed (in the church). I think that was a good way to show the fandoms that if the characters can move on and get along so should we! 🙂
