Lol … too right. that article does sound like it was written by a CS shipper. II don’t think I was this hurried for a Sunday since the break was ending. yeah almost there.
[adrotate group="5"]So I have been wondering if I am just not recalling correctly. .. i didn’t think Emma told anyone about Neal sending her to jail. but in the diner leather conditioner eye liner scene hook didn’t seem surprised. Did I miss something or does Emma seriously confide in hook.

@emmajones I read the same comments. lol we definitely must be watching a different show from them. Don’t sweat it though… i love the one that says Emma said she doesn’t like hook so she doesn’t. Lol. yeah that person is just clueless. Emma says one thing and like some if our co CS ers pointed out her body language says another. Maybe if she hit him like elementary kids they would believe it. haha oh wait she did knock him out already. lol
@Jenna_B You nailed the issue the issue of people not understanding body language, subtext, etc. I have never understood when people have said that Emma has never shown any interest in Hook because of the things she has SAID. Did none of these people ever do the exercise in school where the teacher had everyone say something like “excuse me” but she gave them different emotions with which to say it? Showing that words alone don’t convey what someone is feeling. Ever watched people on dates in a restaurant? My husband and I do this ALL THE TIME. You can’t hear their conversation so you can only go by body language but you can typically figure out on body alone: the first date, match.com date, married couple who is happily married and comfortable who hardly speaks, married couple on the brink of divorce of hardly speaks, dating couple who are heading toward marriage, etc. It’s a fun game to play. When I hear people say in the chat that Emma has never shown any interest it always makes me think of Temperance Brennan from “Bones” who takes everything so incredibly literally that it is almost ridiculous.
@rumplegoldfan… yes. Very true. You can tell so much from body language. I have always been able to ID a person from really far off – and not because of good eye sight. You dont need to see coloring and features – people move differently. Stride, posture etc… and you are so right, you can tell what’s the ‘mood’ of the conversation is by watching the interaction.Those two are ALWAYS in each others personal bubble … i’m sure we have all had those people who have no concept of personal space… there is no way that Emma could ( not even would – she seriously could not allow someone in her space that she did not trust ). lol – CS is so close sometimes they can both get into Hook’s coat.
IF I’m incorrect, then they shared a steamy kiss in NL, maybe she felt it then

so true Surayya – it would be a double life / 2 personalities. Good Call. I didnt even think of the emotional toll that would take over time… that has to be exhausting.
One thing I will ask that I found curious last episode, Emma sarcastically asked Hook what he was going to talk to Henry about “Leather, conditioner and eyeliner?” How did Emma know Hook uses conditioner? Since leather and eyeliner clearly refer to Hook, it makes sense the conditioner does as well.
Leather conditioner… you use it to soften the leather – to keep it from getting brittle and cracking. Anyone in the family play baseball or softball… same stuff, keeps your mitt soft

so true. I cant see how any could really fault him if he did… he thinks he’ll never see Emma again and life does move on, even if it is not the life he hoped/wanted. But it was so great to see him send her off with a bag of coin to fib and tell everyone how good he was… ha ha ha = too funny. The funniest part was in either another thread or chat ( yes I broke down ) – Hook was getting grief about not going with the wench. ( yes you are right… just love saying that… wench wench wench. lol )
There will be no rationalizing with fans like that… regardless of their ship. Any one who subscribes to the misery loves company rule of life is not going to see reason. Anyone who wishes for others to die because one person did is just nuts. I know families that fly separately just in the event a tragedy happens and the whole family is not wiped out. These crazy people are pretty much saying they want Emma and Henry to go down in flames because Neal did. And as much as I didnt want Neal to die and as sympathetic as I am to a main character and a ship dying I feel like Neal has become St Neal. Really now! No matter Hook’s path to try and obtain some sort of redemption it is never enough, but Neal’s character was devolving in front of our eyes and that is all explained away due to the terrible circumstances he found himself in… And the whole ‘how would you feel if it was Hook?’ I would say that sucked – yet another couple I shipped that sunk at sea. What are you going to do? I’ve been there, done that… hey any one see Good Wife? – I’m not wishing the same for the rest of the cast.
There is no SF – A&E never planned it.
Neal is dead
Hook has issues but is not the devil in disguise.
Time to move on
its just a shame that all ships seem to have those few crazy fans that then cast a shadow on the rest.

I think this might be more likely than the relation of Prince Eric and Hook’s old king. Maybe we are all over thinking it… There were so many comments about BB and Hook looking similar as to spark a debate regarding a potential father /son relationship. Maybe Ariel just thought she saw Hook – it would be the simplest theory. Especially if she was in the water – the view would be limited.
