I did kinda like the drama part of the triangle where Hook saw Bae as like a son–so he was seriously conflicted.

One more reason Neal’s death (I still want to put it in quote marks, hope lives) is problematic for both ships, imo. It takes away that conflict.

Oh, he was. But when he started thinking about what she’d done to Bae, it turned into his own self-loathing.

But seeing that it is True Love (which he was at least partially sarcastic about) and shipping it are two different things. He was, at least for a bit, willing to let it go…

But that doesn’t mean he’s happy about it. Whereas he shipped Snowing so hard he kept interfering to make sure it happened (if only because he had purposes for their True Love). He told both Emma and Neal that they belonged together, that they clearly wanted to be together. And I think it’s safe to say he ships Rumbelle pretty hard, even if it terrifies him to be actually loved for once.

Can I just say that Rumple would never, ever, ever ship CS? Srsly.

Hook is the man who stole his wife. Hook is the man who nearly killed him. Hook is now after the woman his son loved and had a child with.

The only ship Rumple could possibly ship less is either Milah & Hook or Belle & Hook.

Oh, we know Henry shipped SF. So did Rumple. The people who loved Neal best wanted him to have a chance with Emma, because he and Emma really loved each other and they could all see it despite Emma’s understandable misgivings. Heck, even HOOK wanted him to have the chance–for Baelfire’s sake as much as for Emma’s.

And I can accept Neal’s death if it really was necessary to the story, but I still don’t see it. It still feels like it was an OOC decision to get rid of the character/actor for some reason that they haven’t come forward with. That’s why it hurts so much–even beyond the pain it’s causing for characters I love.

And reading the press release just made me feel like the OOC reason was “We want CS to happen.” I feel horribly cynical saying that….but…that was the impression I got from the whole let’s have Hook and Emma have an adventure without anyone else (at least from their own time). I love Hook, I don’t even mind CS entirely, but…killing the one character besides Henry who connects everyone just for that?

Maybe, but having that addressed will still be nice. Like the half apology from Hook. It wasn’t perfect but it was nice.

And yeah…I’m bracing myself for a half-wedding or Belle leaving Rumple (temporarily! They are TRUE LOVE).

Rumple better not kill Moe though.

No…I don’t think Rumple DID know. He just needed his vengeance. (Which in this case is pretty dang fair…probably the least objectionable murder he’s committed, if it weren’t for the lying to Belle bit.)

I think Zelena’s mostly dead, but obviously some part of her is still alive through the pendant.

I do not, however, have any idea what this means. I’m so confused.

And annoyed for Belle’s sake. Why did he have to fake her out? She would’ve understood if he wanted to keep his dagger.

Zelena faked her death once before.

And Glinda said something about “in many ways, it is your life now,” when she gave Zelena the pendant. So maybe she can’t be killed while the pendant exists anymore than Rumple could be killed (in a magical realm) while the dagger exists, except with that dagger.
